Awful customer service. Beware. Prices are good but many items arrive damaged. Returns of damaged items are not made easy for customers. Only good as far as no return needs to be made. Important functionalities like returns are not available on the app.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE. THEY ARE SCAMS. They have blocked my access to the site after I have made many orders. I have more than 5 active orders that have not been delivered and when I call CS they just tell me to wait and don't give me any explanation. The service is very poor. I want my moneys back if you block my access. I will go on all reviews platform if I don't have an explanation and my refund. BEWARE PEOPLE DON'T USE SHOWROOMPRIVÉ. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

You are cheater when it comes to deliver. When we received a wrong item and send it back the return delivery fee are more expensive than the usual. You should make it free cause it's your fault, you send a wrong item. What the heck

It needs a search for sale name. I have trouble finding old sales by photo, and there are times with more than 100 sales at once! It's a scrolling-fest and category filter doesn't help. Other than that, pictures load a bit slow on full size, which sometimes time-out. They need better graceful failure in such scenarios, or more retries

The worst shopping app ever I purchased new smartwatchs of 226 euros instead I was sent with used one's and broken. Worst worst worst app ever. This app is a scam

Worst shopping site ever. Despite I changed my address is still sending to an old and non exisiting one and when I try to change it for an order not yet sent, they say I cant because the order left. But expected data says it will arrive in 40 days! Does it arrive on foot??? No possibility either to contact anyone or sending an email! Any other site's better.

I don't recommend this application. There's always something wrong with the received orders always missing an item or having wrong items. I explained them that this is very frequent and that they always promise me a better service but they just don't care and don't offer any type of compensation. I haven't used it for a whole year because of their bad services and just when I decided to re-try it they sent me an email that some of the items won't be shipped. Never gonna use it again

Showroomprivé cannot be trusted. I bought some expensive furniture with them, got debited promptly. My order never arrived and was cancelled after more than a month. Maybe it works better with smaller cheaper items, but then the delivery is still slow and expensive. Bye bye showroomprivé

I do NOT recommend this app and this company! The is no way to get in touch with them, they cancelled all telephone support and do everything via the website, which is very limited and THEY DO NOT ANSWER any emails. They lose their parcels and do not reimburse the expenses. Plus, this app has no basic features such as return or follow the status of the order's return etc. Don't let their incompetence eat your money.

it's not the app, it is the service and some products that are bad! there is no way you can review an item, so if it is bad quality you can't tell! i bought a bed for over 500 euros and it started to fall apart and break the following day!! i bought kiss clothes from a very known and expensive brand, and the items were defected!!!! again i couldn't complain or leave a review so others would also be scammed!

It's not the app, it's the service. It is bad. Prices are not so good, products are bad described, delivery takes a long long long time (in Portugal). Horrible comunication and assistance service, they just don't answer and also take to much time to refund.

they are a lilllll bit cheaper then the other app, but when they can't send your items they don't give you any information, but when you asked then they processed your case within 2 weeks. but if there is no solution they just sent your money back without any other compensation like other app gave (ex: free delivery cost for the next order)

The review is for the service: don't buy!! They cancelled my order without a reason and after taking enough money from my account. They just gather money from people for their own use... Don't order, you will be disappointed and without money and without your products...

Awful, could not contact support. This app permits to order products, but when there's a problem, we can't : print an invoice, con tact the support, ask for warranty... Showroomprive is just here to gather money, not to make sure your order is ok...

very bad service. my parcel was not delivered and I got a refund while I wanted it to be delivered. I didn't even ask for a refund. wouldn't advice to waste your time and money on this. I used to like this website but now with automated services and robot replies it's really low service for such a branded shop.

The client service is good, they help you when you have problem with the reception of an order but they have more and more problema of delay of broken or stolen items durring the transportation. In my last 5 or 6 orders I got a problem in 3 of them, so I m moving on to new app.

sent 1 wrong blouse of the 4 blouses I ordered. I used 12€ voucher. I returned the wrong blouse and asked for a refund. I thought they would send me back 16€ cause thats the price of the wrong blouse I returned but I received an email that they will refund me 4 euros and will give back the 12€ voucher. I fulfill the terms to be able to use the voucher. Its their fault that they sent me the wrong blouse. now I have to order from them again so I can use the voucher which also has an expiry date.

Good And not Good, they don't deliver to italy. You have to use an intermediary and pay very expensive fees for the deleviery.

it doesn't recognize my account anymore (stopped the service in your country message...). Now it is stuck to co.uk and it seems that I can't change it...though I'm in BE. Always worked ok until today.

Its not about the app but I had problems with my return orders that have not been refunded. The package was tracked and delivered to them but Ive never been refunded!! Contacted CS but NO response AT ALL! THIS IS A SCAM

I got surprisingly disallowed from shopping in this platform. The client service is not replying to my request of explanation. The delivery has been many times delivering wring items... :(

This is worst internet online shopping site i buy 4 time delivery not on time retard and they send an other address. Last time tbey send me e mail we can send your product after. My. Command was confirmed they send me 1 item and 1 item was missed i wait one month for my product they charge delivery from me and send me half product i am un happy and that was my last purchase i gave 0 number. 4 time bad experience

Big inconvenience when they cancel your order without explaining the reason behind that, the refund takes way more than 15 days and they do not offer any gift cards to compensate for their mistakes! Awful service

I was never disappointed about the quality of the service or the product however I do believe the shipping fees are extremely high if u exceed 50Eur. But I like ordering from there.

My issue with his app is that i have no option to change language and i do not understand french. I have clicked all button options and cant find anything for language. If ther is please help, thank you

Often I got on my mobile the French app, which, obviously, doesn't recognize my account. Could PLEASE resolve this mess? Bcz anytime I must disinstall and reinstall it.
