SHOWTIME

The home page of the app and even on my TV couldn't be worse. It couldn't be easier to just copy what Netflix, Disney, and HBO are all doing with their layout. Even Paramount + is better than Showtime. I specifically am only here on a free trial to watch Dexter: New Blood. And every single time I try to go back to a 'continue watching' There is none. Can't get back to the show I want to watch when I want to without having to actually search it up. The resume button should let me go to the lastEP

HORRIBLE LAYOUT! If I have to use Google to search for movies on your app, just to filter them navigate them easier, then you might need to change a few things. For example, you know how you can see several movies and shows on one screen with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Tubi, and Pluto? With showtime, you can only see 1 or 2, and their listed in alphabetical order with the only filters being "current" and "all movies/shows". So your scrolling through hundreds of options.

Yes, the UI is clunky and outdated but I can live with and navigate it. I know what I was looking @ for content when i signed up I wont complain about that. The damn buffering though 🙄. Doesn't matter what device I can't finish 10 mins uninterrupted without buffering. I don't want to hear the "check your wifi", etc this isn't the only streaming service I pay for but is the only 1 I have this issue with. Even the free ones like Tubi and Imdb run 100xs smoother.

Not working. I got the bundle paramount/showtime. In the showtime app I can watch perfectly any advertisements for other shows. As soon as the actual show I want to watch starts I get an "error playing this video try again later". Why do you sell bundles with other apps if only one will work. 😡😡😡. No where to ask for help. So I might cancel both apps since I paying for 2 and getting just 1.

Terrible streaming app! There is no continue watching of the episode you were on or even a way to simply recall shows you watch often. The interface is pretty terrible and rewinding or fast forwarding is slow, awkward, and usually skips more or less than you plan.

This "APP" IS THE WORST!!!!! I will not give it any stars, being that it gives very little enjoyment. From the selection of movies and shows all the way down to the way it has constant issues making it so you can even finish whatever it is your watching.. Smh just a horrible mess..L🤣L they make you give a star even if you don't want to

No User Profile Option! How do you have a streaming app without the ability to create separate user profiles?!?! There are 4 people in my household. Separate profiles allow people to watch what they want without needing to figure out where you left off if someone else is watching the same thing. Please make separate profiles happen!!

The programming is good but as many others have said, it's time for a new layout/UI design because the app feels very dated and difficult to use due to the UI being so disorganized.

It it more difficult than it should be to continue a TV series. You have to click the ellipsis on the home page, then go to "my list" to see where you left off. Then search the show you were watching and then you have to scroll through every episode of the show to find the next episode. Maybe I'm missing something.

Well If I was the CEO of showtime I would fire the developer of their app. The Showtime app is definitely a disaster and a complete disgrace. Every time I open the app I have to search for the last show I was watching. It gets even more stupid, the 1st night I watched 3 episodes, and when I went back the next night it said I watched 5 episodes so now I keep a notebook of what episode I ended with. It's just terrible 😞 😕 so disappointing 😞 😔 😕

The app is full of enjoyable entertainment however, when watching a series the app struggles. The app mistakingly suggests resuming the following episode within the series. Also adding to "my list" can be improved.

Terrible Layout. I thought the TV app was the worst. Nope, it's this app, then the TV app. All other platforms are 10x better. Showtime will not be a longtime subscription I keep solely based on that.

Great streaming app that is a cinch to use. No lagging if you have ample data to use. On the go or as an app on your television, you can't go wrong.

Don't subscribe to this app if you're just using it to watch the new Dexter! I subscribed through Google play and now I am STUCK with Showtime bcuz none of the suggestions work to unsubscribe now that I'm done watching my show and I'm done with Showtime! But Showtime isn't done with me! I've tried contacting them and havnt heard back and I don't know what to do...I'm really frustrated do I need to change my debit card? This sux!

Crashes a lot.. Even when ive closed the app, i still get the "App is not responding" message. Also can't seem to add a whole series to my watch list, only can add single episodes. 😔

Not stable , skips through the video. I have other streaming apps none skip and pause. Please fix, I love the shows and movies on here.

It keeps saying playback interrupted when I try to watch anything on my phone. It used to work but it has stopped for some reason.

The app functions like you would expect from showtime! The series, sensational. I LOVE Yellow jackets!! I'm hooked !! Entertainment at it's finest as always! Thank you Showtime!

Showtime app is really one of the best on the market for this day and time. You get out standing hd movie and series. If you are looking for a big bang for your dollar. This is the app I choose.

I literally can't access the app I just joined and they don't care. Would not activate Showtime. Chat agent Jasmine was no help and asked me to immediately repeat myself after ONE MESSAGE. May be illiterate? Showtime and Paramount+ now canceled. Your stupidity is unprofitable. For wasting my time, I'm done. Now both apps have 1 star. YOU FOOLS! Our $$ will be spent elsewhere.

No way to cancel my subscription. Instruction on help center say check subscriptions on Google play store, but it's not located there. Need to cancel.

App will not open on my tablet. Tried multiple installs and unistalls. It did work when I first downloaded app...

Horrible trying to watch bellator 277 can't even watch one single fight all the way through. Can watch 20 seconds of lucky them crashes. Really upset.

When I try to play a downloaded episode it says "an error occurred during playback, try again later." How is a company that is mainly about streaming so bad at making a streaming app and website?

This app is inexplicably bad and has been plagued with the same outdated UI for a long time now. First, there's no recently watched function so you can easily hop back into what you were watching. Second, if you switch apps, even for just a moment, and come back then you now have to restart your video. When you search for the show you want to watch it immediately opens the newest season instead of where you're at, potentially giving you spoilers.
