ShowTime Viewer from Zoho

Its a good app especially if used for online teaching. But there are few problems that I would like to point out and those are that whenever there's is an update, its mandatory to update otherwise the app wont work. Also the recent ( ie 02/09/20) updated version is not working properly. The chat, question and polls sections are not working properly and doesn't load the new messages and question. Kindly look after the issue or go back to older version

The screen on which the video is played, most of the times don't adjust according to the mobile screen. it cuts off some portions. Also the panel above the screen on which "Rise hand to share your mic/camera" is written and panel below the screen with two dots, irritates very very much. Instead it can be a small circular button on the right hand side of the screen and the two dots below the screen without white/black background stripe with vanishing feature just like youtube player buttons.

There is no option of giving it a zero star so I am giving it one star... its horrible... its so tidious to keep switching screens to text and present screens.. it keeps hanging when on the confrence.. it is very annoying since there is no notification if there is any message sent to us.. sometimes you can't enter.. sometimes the screen is disabled... it takes forever to send a message or mute your mic..🤷‍♀️

Kindly remove this updation which is done on September 2 . In this update we are unable to mute and unmute trainers video and it is consuming a lot of data too . The screen is too small and not able to see it clearly . Pls remove this updation and kindly put that video muting and unmuting facility back . We are not able to zoom the screen also. This is creating a lot of problems for students . Hope you would understand the problem and do the needful .......

The app doesn't work well. 1. The video is not visible even after sharing the screen. -----Edit: (Latest update) after the latest update the issues are cleared. I would have given 5stars if the trainer could see everyone joining the link(Visually). -----Edit2: (Latest update) facing lot of issues. Mic not working well,video not working well, session not opening, everything's wrong. I am now shifting to other video calling app.

I have been using this app for years.....I use it for my class online... But, this app has been giving troubles since last week... Even though I have super wifi, the video of the trainer goes stuck and blur... Sometimes the repeat session won't work too... Everything is too laggy and slow now... Please fix this since I like this app very much....

Always requesting for an update whenever it's being used and the features updated cannot be noticed. Otherwise, it's a good app, doesn't drain battery and megabytes and the previous slides can be referred to during meeting.

This app is just so irritating 😡. Frustrated with it. The new problem is that when we go on full-screen mode, the controls for camera and mic disappears 😡. Please rectify this quickly

When we start our class connecting to audio and video stream but after some time it came reconnecting to the trainer but it didn't connect because of this we are not able to attend the class. If you say that it is network problem but other apps work perfectly.Please fix this problem.

The user ID I have given isn't what is shown during a session. For example, actual ID is X, but during the session it appears as Y. This is a serious bug and it has to be fixed immediately.

I feel the Showtime viewer gives one of the best user interface and good online lecturing platform. I seriously satisfied with the platform. I faced so much of issues while using the zoho meeting app. But when I switched to Showtime viewer in tottaly satisfied. Thank u to the team

I think this is the worst nd useless app , I'm a student and taking daily clases on this app , some time the link wasn't open or show error shown, always voice lagging during the class my friends phone hang bcoz of this app, after update no problem solve. And no option of refresh after update. we are facing many problem.

It's a good app we can get a safe and secure classes in it if it's possible can you put some changes In settings like change of font,etc.so that we all can see it in our liked fonts.....and thanks a lot to zoho team to make a secure online class during this corona pandemic

Always asking update very bad app i have never found worst app in the world . In some online class the half of the class will be lost because of network connnection. Sometimes we cannot hear our trainer for long time. Somethings we cannot login into our class also for a long time . Sometimes in this app we cannot chat to our everyone when it will load for a long time and then only it will send. Uncomfortable app which is waste. Very bad app which i have never found worst app in the world.....

When a class is going on we will be not get connected to the trainer and we cannot hear and see the trainer when class is going on and the whole time is wasted and we cannot study without any disturbance if the internet connection is very strong also. So please do something to solve this problem. Now it is excellent and resolving problems .

This app is very nice , and it does not have such complicated functions so it is very easy to control , but I request them to put such options so that we can mute the voice of teachers 🙏🙏🙏

losts of issues. there was no video and audio of a webinar in the mobile app. and slides didnt refresh in desktop.

This app could have been better but the video and audio get stuck frequently and has other issues in between the classes.

This is the best app in the world,but the mics are a bit laggy and when we are attending classes sometimes the teacher sees that we are out.Please sort out these issue otherwise i am happy to give a 10 star rating

Every time we have to face some of the another problems .... sometime showing u r unauthorised for the session.... sometime not even able to join ...I know the efforts u have made for making this app ... inorder to help us ...thx a lot for that ...but there are some problems faced by us..so plz look upon it

Very bad app we need to update this app every day. My students were eagerly waiting for the session and we need to go to web access. Also shows online storage and we are not satisfied...

The appbos fine....but as u know there is a bug in which I am not typing messages but someone else is typing messages ...like this many account's are getting interconnected pls fix the bug

This app is nice for meetings and online classes. I have used it both on android as well as pc. The only complaint is that after updates this app doesn't work for days normally...... So think before you install this app

Fine but keeps lagging and only network issues and it takes a long time for mic to be switched on.

Just learn from Google meet. No proper control for logged in users. And don't ask me to write problem to some email address of yours. Enable browser compatibility to avoid using third party apps too

The app tends to lag in terms of audio and video quality usually when more than 3 people attend a session.

Very nice app. But we can only see the face of the teacherand not the other students please include a feature so that we can see others also.

Please don't use this app it consumes your more mobile data than any other apps.screen freeze ,delay in sharing screen are the problem .And also many features not provide by this app, easily go for Microsoft teams I recommend .

My account is getting interlinked with other and it is faced by many people in our lecture. Where there might be someone texting from someone else name.
