Some of the features are not working at all like calculating premium. In calculating premium section it is asking to choose a plan but in drop down it is not showing anything to select then how to calculate the premium. Please fix it.
worst app ever. even after registering with policy number, it doesn't show any of the policy related information.

No use app. You cannot switch your investment from debt to equity or vice-versa. You can only download the switching form and physically deposit to the office. So of no use. You can only view the investment value.

Very difficult to use. Even service is also not good by the shriram life policy.
Worst app. To select date of birth user need to scroll month by month. If I want go to 1970 I need to scroll 50*12 times. No choice to enter mannually also. If you can't maintain app also how you maintain policies. Basic things that an app should have also missing. Worst .
Very bad insurance services i apply loan for last 1 month but no any progress from the local branch and Mumbai branch it's better I invest my money in other insurance company never choose Shriram insurance for invest your money

Deserves 0 star. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy any policies from Shriram. They have an option in app to service customers but those are bogus. Though you mail or call to customer care, it will be like you are talking to the wall. Nothing happens
Not useful for the user. It accepts the payments immediately but not providing the receipts in the same manner. Not able to register my details for using the app. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
One of the most worst application. No customer care number works. All other links always give error. Even taking the company insurance is one of the biggest mistake I have everdone. I don't have any options to reach customer care.
There is no option for reporting complaints to the company. Overall performance are worthy.

Unexpected error. Not getting open even Any app support team, Kindly check this app does not open at all. Only logo screen. And after 1 or two error unexpected error would come..
Would have given in negative. Not allowing even to register. You are sending useless SMS on my mobile no. and while registering telling Phone no. not available. For what this app is for. USELESS.
Very poor customer service and very poor administration. When there are some mistakes in my address, nobody responds properly to make correction. Very poor knowledge and grasping power to customer care staff. They even don't have basic knowledge. When i gave primary mail id and secondary mail id, they did not enter primery email id and shown only secondery mail id. When i asked customer service staff, they don't even understand my problem. Illiterate and irresponsible staff and service.
Very poor customer service and they just come back to you whenever they need money only.... After they get the money for the year then if you call for any update they don't provide it properly and the customer service people over there can not even talk in english and they say they have crores of customer.
I put inside the app my policy details even after login does not currently available in my policy details..... only for payment options only working and another related all of not working even though my policy details also is not i find because any related options I click to app only showing for invalid data..... please update and correct to application properly working.....in our membership policy members
