I have high speed Internet and have cleared cache, restarted device, tried to update app...the glitching is consistently awful and just ruins the experience. Can't cast to other devices no matter what I try, no buffering, I'm so sick of it. The content is fair, sometimes really great but after months of trying to resolve streaming/buffering/chromecasting issues I'm fed up and will have to cancel the subscription. Watching the movie frame by agonising frame just isn't worth the frustration

Average selection. But they need to stop showing movies as "available" only to then hit people with the "sorry this isn't available in your region". Don't show it if its not actually available. Its not complicated. Edit: Taken to 1 star simply because 10 movies in a row i clicked on were all of a sudden "not available" in my region. Lodged a ticked and never heard back from anyone. Useless.

Great App, Easy to navigate to find something to watch or use the search icon to find what your looking for. The live TV option is great, plus you can Cast from your device to a TV. Only flaw I've found/have is there's no auto-play On/Off option. Also you can save your findings for later viewing to My List. 👌👍

So, apparently the aspect ratio or something doesn't work for Z Flip 3, and, I'm assuming, most phones with a long, narrow display. It displays the video an inch to the left, so that I can only see the right side of the screen. This happens in landscape orientation as well as forced portrait orientation.

Good movies but badly broken app with lots of typos. Search is broken, lots and lots of typos in movie descriptions, bad font and font color making descriptions illegible because of the image behind the text. Example of broken search, last night i watched re-animator, tonight i wanted to see if they had any of the sequels. So i searched re-animator, nothing. I searched without the dash, still no results. Like, what? I know its there, because i added to my list. But cant be found by search.

Doesn't work - started the free trial and every title refuses to play. Multiple restarts clearing cache clear storage, different titles, nothing plays, just says contact support. The whole point of paying for streaming is ease and convinience, app does not work. The most usefull information on their website is, your internet isn't fast enough...ok 126mb can't handle streaming, pass.

Good app with good movies. The huge problem is most of the movies aren't in English it doing give you the option to change the language or put subtitles on. Can't even put subtitles on an English movie. Most of the movies Not in English look really good but sometimes I don't want to sit a read the entire movie.

I have no idea how to feel, the 2 nights i did watch shudder content during my free trial were amazing. but i forgot to cancel my trial afterwards and got charged 56 dollars, i immediately unsubscribed the same day i saw i got charged and hadn't used their services. I emailed them many times but all they did was close my tickets and never respond, i am very disappointed that not only is my subscription cancelled but my money is gone with no communication, this is ridiculous.

It does have some really good stuff on here but not as advertised on the screenshots. It doesn't have Discover of Witches or Channel Zero, the latter being a real shame because I had seen the first series and wanted to watch the rest. Like I said good stuff but if you're signing up based on the screenshots you might be disappointed

There is a great selection of films and series to choose from but the app is prone to freezing and crashing on a regular basis. And the app could do with a data saver option like on the Disney+ app.

It has a decent variety of movies and shows but the lack of HDR, 4K, surround sound (only has stereo) really makes for a mediocre watching experience. Also, the user interface is pretty clunky.

Terrible app experience. The app closes in the middle of things. Quality dips in and out, then crashes. Having the airplay from ipad because for some reason the app doesn't support LG smart. Ridiculous.

Numerous attemps to cancel this subscription, including speaking with their condescending support team have led to me continuing to be charged. Be aware that if you subscribe they may continue to charge you after cancelling so keep an eye on your bank. I've raised a charge back dispute with my financial institution. It's only a small amount but it's the principal.

They steel your money. I was paying for the servic for 8 months and did not receive access to the app. They payed me back for only two months. Say "we payed your what were allowed." That's your policy?! When I inform them that I would not be able to resubscribe to their company until they pay me back for the money that they owe me their response was " we've paid you the money we're allowed to pay you so you can go ahead and resubscribe."That's not going to happen!!!!!

The content is really nice but the screen ratio seems to be broken when watching on a Z Flip 3. The entire video is pushed to the right, and gets cut off. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Oh So bad! I've paid for the service, open the app, just a message to say failure to load video. Then the buffering circle. I can't even sign in or anything. I had this app once before & it was ok. Now, Shudder makes me shudder

I signed up for the free trial and was considering keeping the subscription but every time I go to the app on my TV I need to sign in again which is not a quick job with a tv remote. It's very annoying. It also constantly says an error occurred every time I go back to watch something

Installed app on my tv, won't even open. Casting from my phone the quality isn't very good. 2min into my first show, spent almost an hour trying to get it to play on my tv. Let's see how this goes but my hopes aren't high.
