I downloaded this game and have been consistently playing it for several years. Recently I've noticed the algorithm has completely changed and the game is rigged for you to lose almost every time and then you'll go on a small win streak. Then immediately back to losing. It's incredibly frustrating. Fix this or you will be having many people uninstall your game I'm sure.

I have been playing this game for a few years because i love it. However, in the past month or so it's been having many bugs. A box is constantly popping up saying "Connection Lost". There is nothing wrong with my connection, all other games and apps work fine. Last night, it could not give me an apponent on any room selection. One of the hands i won showed me as first place and second. Please fix the bugs!

I've been playing this game infrequently for quite sometime. I like the format of it. However, I don't get the enjoyment I could get out of it because I seem to get the WORSE CARDS most of the time... whereas my opponent most always get great hands! Strange but that's exactly what happens. I even uninstalled the game to see if I would have better luck. NOT! I've had two or three new fones and had to reinstall... still no better hands. SO, I just stop playing after I lose 3-4, maybe 5 hands.

Initially I thought that I was going to like this game very much however as you progress through the levels you are no longer evenly matched up with opponents. Someone on level 5 matched with someone on level 47 (had someone on level 76 also) doesn't give the level 5 individual a fighting chance. Because the level 47 person has extra bonuses or advantages like the ability to freeze the others cards, extra points for melds of 4+ cards, playing with extra cards, and zapping points from the other. Once I reached level 4 or 5 none of my hands were evenly matched. Very disappointed.

From originally 5 stars to 2. Not sure what happened but took a break from this game and now when going to play it (after almost a year) my favorit part of the game is gone. Bring Walters workshop back please! The game definitly loses some excitement without it. Also there is a long lag after ones card match that wasn't there before. Very frustrating.

This game was fun at one time but has been increasing more rigged all the time. One can almost guess the next play especially if the opponent opens with 3 runs instantly. Since I am not a paying player as it is so obvious those that are just so happen to be gifted from the start. Sorry I never have nor will I pay to play so I guess it is time to move on to some different entertainment!

I really like this game but it is so rigged. When it's your 'turn' to win the cards fall in your hand. When it's time for your opponent to win they have 2 sets of matches from the deal & the next match is drawn on their next hand. It's so frustrating! Let the shuffle be truly random & player's actual skills given a chance to be used.

This game is rigged. Out of the last 20 or so games I've played I've lost all bit 1 or 2. They let your diamond balance get up there and then you go on.losing streak. You have to play at a certain dollar level based on your balance so that depletes your balance even faster. You should be able to play at lower levels if you want to save balance. Hardly play at all anymore. Don't waste your time.

Very frustrating when you only win one out of 5 or 6 games. Have deleted the game and did not play for several months. Decided to try again and it is the same old thing of not getting any winning streaks and it costs to much to play so I wiil be playing until I lose everything and hen I will be deleting the game again and I will definitely not ever play again. Very frustrating playing this game need something more relaxing.

in my experience, very frustrating, especially when you are about to lay a card down and the deck reshuffles and then the opponent has their turn. you have now lost your turn because the deck reshuffles. many times you end up losing because of this. this game needs to let you win more to advance and have fun. but I know you want people to spend more money to get diamonds so we can continue to play.

Keep having connection issues. The app keeps crashing. When this happens it takes me out of the game and I lose my gems. Every time I contact customer service I just get generic emails that tries to get me to go to the community. The issue has not been fixed and I have not received an actual response from someone that works for the company.

I'm getting really frustrated with this game. I love playing it every chance I get, but I have lost a great many gems and gold because this game will randomly shut down and cost me everything. Sometimes I lose the entry fee to play, other times I lose my entire winnings as well as the entry fee. Please fix this for me!!!!!

Wonderful game! Once you start, you can't stop!! Addictive but very enjoyable, brain cracking and very good for stress relief. I hope the developers will keep on updating this game. It's been more than 2 years since the last update. Hope the King Crew will continue on with the updates and add in more challenges and make it more enjoyable and interesting . I have played this game for a really long time. It USE to be enjoyable. It has turned into where you can win a few hands and then you lose so many hands in a row until you lose all your gems. Then if you want to keep playing you have to purchase some more. If there isn't a sporting chance there is no reason to play and definitely no reason to buy gems! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Honestly my favorite game of all. The only complaint is there are connection issues and it's quiet frequent. I'm positive it's not my internet as I have checked and also had two internet companies as long as I've had the game. However it doesn't stop me from uninstalling the app. Will give 5 stars if that one problem is fixed ♥️

App crashes in middle of game play or worse at the end so you lose "gems" despite the fact that you won, which results in you not being able to play anyway. Used to be good. Now I can't say enough bad things about it. Don't waste time and space with this app.

It will screw you over! For the past several months it keeps crashing, especially during tournaments and when you get back on you have to start all over at level 1 and pay again. Not to mention you lose your gems/gold bars. I'm so pissed I'm deleting it.

You guys rly need to get your algorith fixed... To try to get in a Walter's workshop game and lose the first level 5 times in a row and lasat week to lose 12 games in a row... You eighter are rly desperate for money so every time somebody's got more gems you get them stuck in a losing spree or your algorithm is just stupid... I've been playing this game for a while now, so no... I can't possibly be THAT BAD! At this rate i'll probably stop playing because it's frustrating... And it's sad cuz the game is unique and enjoyable otherwise

Was a great game until King ruined it. Been playing for YEARS and loved it, but now the 2 most enjoyable features are gone, Walters Workshop and Airship Challenge! The Airship Challenge was what was really making it a rummy game, with different versions of rummy. Now its just a sad, boring game.

Rigged. At one point I climbed my way up to over 9 million gems. The developers must not have liked that and forced losses on me to the point where I lost on a regular basis to bring my gem count back to beginner (less than 1,000 gems) over time. The game rigs your hands and if players aren't playing against bots there's definitely a control formula in place to make sure you lose. Plus, sometimes when you win it disconnects before you get your earnings. Don't support King.

As other King games this one has beautiful graphics and a unique and fun game concept. I like this game but it leaves me wanting more. More challanges, bonus games, competitions, or something. I wish there was a house for playing a full game of gin or other rummy games too. I would like to see new chat packs too, but thats just me So thats why only 3 stars. It is really fun and well designed, i just wish they would build to it like they have with other games. King is still my favorite for games

firstly game progress way to fast with the amount of diamonds rewarded. you get to level 14 aka i think legacy or something like thar. u go from 50 diamonds to pay to 550 to play. you also give 0 explanation on how to use the other rewards such as the freeze reward. they over explain the simple beginning of the game but truly drop the ball once the game actually becomes challenging.

Stakes are too high. All the gameplay options should be open but when you accumulate more winnings they close the cheaper games. Itt's also difficult to tell the spades and clubs apart, wish there were large print or other font options.

I have played this game since it's inception and it was my absolute favorite. I saw so much potential for future additions to the game but instead of adding new creative features, they have eliminated Walter's workshop. The game is now mediocre at best and I am incredibly disappointed.

Love it when it matched evenly, which happens 75% of the time. A game that will reasonably challenge you and never be boring! The graphics used to change with the season and I MISS that as it was beautiful!
