Refund was done a month ago and till now no credit amount reflected on the app!! Worst part is that I contacted the concerned departments about and they simply did nothing...!!!!!!

This app is not working and I browsing the reviews, this app is not working properly since 2018. Now, Im experiencing same problem. How poor?!

Seems like it's not really meant to help, it doesn't update it's either and you keep waiting for your points in vain

I can't to sign in to my account it suddenly shut down each time I try to sign in ???!!!!

I can't link my card or sign in from the app although I can sign in from the browser!! While editing my profile I can't add my email!! I have another card, when I try to sign in it shows that we can't find ur email, so I go to sign up then it shows that the email address is used!! Useless app, I don't recommend it and plz don't reply to this msg with sorry to hear that u r having trouble......... Etc. Coz u already know that lots of people facing the same problem. Thank you

Simply the service team are amazing, I had a small issue concerning the linked of my shukran account to apps, they reply very fast and were really helpful, it's cool to save some qar from buying and than use it later.. I like this app👌i was bit surprise about the comments my points are always added lucky me, i will check after every purchase

My points were never added and I have not received the bonus points. Please don't tell me to get in touch with you as I have called many times and even send email many times. Its been more than a month and issue was never resolved. I hope someone would look into this as I hate to stop using Shukran or not to go to its brands.

SCAM ALERT!!! Landmark Group online shopping is a SCAM!!! they list items online and when u purchased them, they send u an email that the order was cancelled and does not refund the money to the bank account rather keeps the money with them. then either u have to forget about your money or forcibly make another purchase from them. How stupid can these people get? All Landmark group apps are a total disaster. How can they not make a proper app? It seems they are scamming people and the apps are designed exactly for that. Stay away from landmark group apps for online shopping

All points claim always rejected. Everytime i buy items, i always give my shukran info. All information provided in the cashier and in this app are all correct, yet no points received.. App not being useful for me. I suggest that once the info is given to the cashier, and payment is done it should be adding points automatically.

Shukran app is great, I like it and like using the digital card when shopping and redeeming points. Unfortunately, it stopped working on my device and would not open for the last few days. Please help to fix this problem.

If u purchase in physical store then yes you will get your points but if online like home box , home centre ( shukran card linked ) or others , then be sure that you never get any points , that's my experience, I called shukran customer service many times but it was a waisting of time , really frustrating experience. Very poor customer service. Since 3 months i am waiting for solution of my problem with shukran. Many times contact through app email option and by Twitter. Everytime got reply as team is working. Additional review: At middle of june I got reply that i raised my issue too late. So they couldn't support in my issue. It looks like they don't want to solve customer issues.

For all of you who are reading, please make sure you tab for your shukran points at point of purchase. If they tell to do it yourself, the system at times do not support and put in time period / nos of upload to catch you. I submitted to their customer service with documents using the app but after endless communication and empty promises to update your account, it is frustrating to follow up for few months... why customer is treated in this manner... That is why that one star for rating.

I had purchased flight tickets on 3 occasions from clear trip using shukran card number in last 2 weeks. They claimed shukran points would be added after travel date. All 3 travels over, yet not a single point added... I tried to complain using the shukran contact us link... That is also not working. How to proceed further.

Don't waste your time downloading this app. The app lacks support and doesn't work at all, it doesn't even sign in or sign up. The support does not respond at all, and the person responsible for the app reviews will provide a copied message as shown for all review below.

Hi Admin, I am one of your regular costumers. Please be informed that I was so disappointed when I recieved the item (shoes) that I have ordered from you thru online, a pair of shoes really looks old and faded too much scuffs and scratches. I never use it because I am shy as the color almost not really match. I therefore request to please change or return the item. Please I need your assistance/advice re my request. Note: I recieved the item on January 4, 2019 around 7:00 pm. Regards

Worse experience ever, I bought TV from EMax and some of the employees steal my points to his account and he used it directly after 2 weeks when he received them, when i complain to the costumer service they email me back like i used this points and im lying.. Anw i will delete this app shortly and i never recommend it

The worst.. Not fun nor friendly shopping experince at all! First of all cashier claim they add the points. Checking by a chance and wasnt there.. The staff in the app waste your time by many replies only to ignore you at the end and not adding the missing points. Nvr gonna shop in there again

The very worst App, guys don't waste your time. You never going to receive OTP and able atleast to login. Not a mature App at all, might be spam App to collect your phone and email address. Be careful..!!!

Could you please add a feature where we can combine many Sukhran accounts / add phone numbers into one primary account. Since my family members spends separately sometimes and by mistake there is several Shukran accounts in our family and many cards which can be confusing while shopping. Things become disorganized. Make it kind of like the Share Rewards app by Majid Al Futtaim.

Tried to login with my email or phone it gave me invalid username or password. Tried to reset them and gave me no account with such information. When I tried to register with them gave me you already have an account! What on earth is this puzzle!

Cannot register. When you register it tells you that you will receive a code through an SMS but it doesn't. I requested it again but still until it tells you that you have reached max requests. Very bad app.

Since you guys have updated everytime i open this app eveytime it asks to login and i am not very good at memorizing my pw so this get really annoying lile once i fed it and of you guys need to update why they heck i need to login again.. never happened with the older version. Thanks

great app but whenever I use my card through the app for purchases, it says wrong format number. I have no physical card actually. I am a gold member. I am disappointed when I want to use the app for my birthday gift.

Your app says I am offline, but I am connected to the internet. I was able to write and send a comment on this, while trying to connect to your app on the same device.

Just bought some stuff today and requested the cashier to add my points and check how much I have he said it is not showing . I uploaded the app and they did not add today's payment . Wasted my time . Not happy at all.

I am happily give 1 Star or below if i could..this app will not update and show your balance not even in 1 month...i dont know how much I earn even when i wanna use it for the next shopping..points are not updated! Very very bad apps and customer service.

i had installed app but when i enter my shukran card no even not working.i was trying so many time sending so many complaint mails to their mentioned email address also till now they cant fix it.so now i uninstalled app n.i need to tell my phone number to shop whenever i did shopping then they can see my card number in their system but they dont add point.i never.get discount as well from it and i wanted to know clearly more now again what is about that card?
