I suspect this app is running a crypto coin mining software my phone gets incredibly hot and it uses way more data than it should!!! Avoid at all cost the developers seem to be more interested in money!!! A nice interface but the battery drains 25% from only this app. An app that eats 1/4 of my battery and it's designed to save my battery that's just plain stupid.
these last 7 months this app is failing.... It always freezes while shutting down apps and when I try to back out of it, it freezes. Takes up to 10 mins to be able to have access to my tablet. Fail
I have been using shutapp for the past 3 years in my lg g3. Never accounted a problem and it was good app to use to save my battery without root. But nowadays shutapp is eating my battery like anything. Have to shut all apps and then i have to force stop this app to save my battery. I hope developers Fix this problem in the next update.
Really liked it, until i started getting the disgusting ads. Not a method to lure ppl for paid version.
This app is amazing but get all 5mins a notification from device maintenance 'Some apps or processes are overloading the system (CPU) and need to be closed' com.yirga.shutapp.Accessibility Do I close this notification doesn't work the app. Do I cancel so I get a new notification from device maintenance. Please solve this problem
On moto e 5.1 drains battery slows down charge rate.Had to uninstall after last update.drawed 122 percent.
Its a dope app. Shuts down applications I never even thought were running. Nice one
I do like what the app does however it severely slows down cpu causing phone to lag. Please fix that and I'll be back on board.
So far it does exactly what I want it to. Kill unused apps that don't stop when you exit them.
Only had it for 5 minutes. So far good. To bad it can't be advertisement free
I like the app itself, and the ease of use. The problem is, this app makes my phone VERY HOT! As soon as I uninstal the app my phone cools down. If this was not an issue, I would have no problem recommending this app. As is in its current form, I just cannot give a recommendation for this app.

Used to be good, but after reseting phone and downloading again now it was running 3 versions of itself and taking up 70percent of the cpu power. The most ironic battery saving app ever.
My mobile model is Lenovo Phab... I just update this app my mobile goes to abnormal heat. Like a iron box.. I just uninstall and then installed previous version of this App then issue fixed... Plz kindly reverse the version or fix it bugs for future updates.. Thanks
Will not kill any of the apps its detects, just force closes itself. Only one app running in background and it won't shut that one down. Please fix was working before last 3 updates.

Stupid app ever now Its not working at all .... doesnot shut up facebook and any other apps
This is the first app I've run across that actually seems to work without root access I cross-checked with other apps like McAfee and various others and it's actually keeping apps from restarting and saving my memory from going into the red again thank you very much Developers shut app not sure if it works with Facebook but I uninstall that anyhow I don't like the permissions it seemed to keep running no matter what

UPDATE: do NOT install this app. It is actually the no 1 battery draining app on my phone & is impossible to uninstall.
I will rate it 5 stars and share if I didn't have to reset it every time I restart my phone.
A good application that does it says. It will be nice if the application can have the facility for auto cleaning so applications that are not in the whitelist can be shot at selectable intervals.
I can't deactivate this app Marshmallow 6.0 and there is an error when I try to... I have a Galaxy Note 4
Previously it was working smooth and i liked it too, but after update of my device it is not working in MIUI 9..
I love it. It works perfect and shows you that even though you might think you closed background apps, that doesn't usually always work. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me is because it is a bit too slow sometimes.
