Completely worthless. Can't put in an existing reservation number for a trip that was scheduled online or over the phone.
The application has no built in mechanism for verification of the code that is auto emailed for first time users. This app needs to be redesigned, on the onboarding end atleast.
Crashes when you attempt to enter pickup and dropoff.
If it can't be used to book or manage shared van service, it's useless for business travelers. Would have given it 0 stars, were that possible.

this app should not have been released. it has awful user interface, and breaks during the simplest workflows. there is no evidence of any testing with users. One of the worst apps i have seen: 4 digt passcodes???
Password field only accepts numbers, so unable to log in with alpha-numeric password.
The app doesn't let you search for reservations made online, but not with the app and only seems to give you a one-way option. I uninstalled it after my first attempted use.
Hilarious! Shuttle Express web site requires alphanumeric password with special charact. Phone app only accepts numbers.you cant make this stuff up.

I have used Shuttle Express every single time I need to be picked up or dropped off from SeaTac. I like Shuttle Express a lot. This app, however, will be wonderful once it's usable, which at this point in time it is not.
