On several occasions, the shuttle pickup (prime time shuttle being their shuttle service provider) wqs canceled an hour before the sechduled pick up. on the return pick up, i called twice within an hour to be told after an hour that they would not be picking me up, canceling the reservation. on another occasion, the deiver that dropped me off at the airoort almost got in a fifht with someone that was deopping somone off. in short, dont bother with this service and get an uber or lyft.
Should have read the reviews before booking. I kept getting texts that said my reservation details were changed. Original pick up time was confirmed for 8:30am & not three minutes later was changed to 9:00am. I checked in regardless & pick up time was changed to 9:40am. Not as bad as others' wait times but I was on a time crunch. Would recommend booking with SuperShuttle or Uber/Lyft.
Very bad service. I book a round trip to the LAX airport in advance . The day of my trip. They canceled the first driver. A day before and then they sent another driver he was 30 minutes late and on top of that the driver was very rude. On the way back to my trip. The driver never showed up and when I called customer service they said they couldn't find any driver in the area. So they just canceled my reservation and refund my money. Their service it is not reliable. Drivers are not professional
It is a very badly organised service, I waited almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time, finally got on the shuttle and drove out of bad traffic during rush hour (which took another half an hour), the driver got a call that he needed to pick up another 2 passengers so we had to go back to the airport to fetch them, then drop off them first since they were closer (which i understand). But when we were finally was on my way back to mine, its already 3 hour passed, the driver got another request to pick someone up at the airport, apparently the pick up and drop off wasn't accurately arranged. I arrived at the airport 6.30pm and arrived home 10.00pm. So if you have a lot of time to kill and not in a rush to go home after a flight, they are your no.1 choice.
Extremely poor service. made reservations for LAX to home coming back from an international visit and they did not have anyone to pick me up after waiting at the pick up point for an hour. highly unreliable service.
Worst. Company. Ever. My driver called me to say he would be at my place in 10 minutes, said he didn't see me (even though I had been standing outside the entire time) and LIED about looking for me when I could see him on the app heading towards, then getting on the freeway. The company refunded me my pickup payment but not my returning payment (I arranged for drip off and pick up to LAX). I had booked this well in advance and there was no excuse. Drivers handle was Chinnawit.
Worst customer service ever. After waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time (myself having been early), without even a driver chosen, I messaged live support who informed me no driver is available, with the reasoning that no on-time guarantee is given, and said he could cancel my reservation and I could find my own transport. Definitely avoid this company.
0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. they just cancelled my ride to LAX airport with no notice and no offer of another driver. completely unreliable. you risk losing a flight. I only found out there was no driver when I contacted them!!! unbelievably bad service
i scheduled a ride to the airport nearly a month in advance, they called and cancelled about the time they were suppose to pick me up, left me completely high and dry!! DO NOT USE THEM, COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!
Billed me 25$ for nothing. I had to take another cab towards SantaAna and now I am trying to get my initial 25$ back. No one is answering the phone, the help chat are just robots. This is closer to a scam rather than an app.
the app does not tell you where they will actually pick you up and this adds stress to your journey and delays you. I am not gonna use this service again.
Should have read the reviews before booking. International trip with a 3yo kid and lots of luggage, reserved a van weeks in advance, got a driver assigned the day before, the day of the trip it said 'driver unassigned' .. time passes and no driver assigned.. I contact them and they say 'dispatch is working on it'. Then one hour before we were supposed to be picked up they cancel the ride and tell me 'I apologize but we can't find a driver, you'll have to get to the airport by other means'.
Very bad service, help is just a bot with no useful info. Definetly not recommended unless you want to lose money.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I did the reservation through shuttletolax which for some reason autofilled my destination with my pick up place and when I tried to talk with the driver or customer service it was horrible. At first I tried contacting customer service which after asking for my reservation number never answered again for over an hour, I also called the driver who said it could be changed and he was going to call the offices (as long as I was willing to pay more which I agreed to). However, I didn't got a called until an hour later when they didn't address any of my problems nor listened to me and didn't refund me. The lady was very mean didn't listened to anything I said. I ended up taking another shuttle since I was on tight schedule. Worst service of all.
I could not install this app to my Galaxy S7.
Don't use this service. They are the worst company and the word customer service. They don't care about you or about your family. They are very bad in timing and by the end of the day the easiest way they will cancel your ride and you have no more options after a very long trip with a family including kids.
