Sound quality wasnt very good and I couldnt hear the removalist consultant very well. There was alot of feedback on the line. Connection kept dropping out whilst showing items in the shed despite having 4G connection on my phone.

App worked well despite my poor connection. I was in parts of the house I knew the signal would not be good. Yes I got cut off (No fault of the app) but was able to get right back to where we were once I found signal again.

Great concept but doesnt work. App crashes / freezes after clicking the invite link, this then locks the microphone and cant receive calls / WhatsApp voice calls until you restart your phone. Cleared data and reinstalled app but still crashes. More development needed for compatibility and bug fixes

Very easy app to use. We had a few breaks in internet connections but it might be more the fault of the strength of the internet than a fault of the app. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

Very easy to use. Work pretty good. May want to look at incorporating a focus button in case the phones auto focus doesn't work that well.

Anja was very patient, easily able to adapt and guide us through the process. She was very helpful in responding to all of our questions and asked appropriate clarifying questions. We very much appreciated her assistance with this virtual tour process.

The tour guide was very patient and kind helping with connecting to the app, asking pertinent information. Really it's like just being here in the house with me.

The agent was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The service was quick and easy. My only complaint is that I would have much preferred having access to the T&C's aforehand rather than just moments prior to our call so we have no time to read them. That seems a bit dodgy to me.

Connection worked great, minimal lag. Audio was fantastic. Was able to manipulate other settings on my phone while operating the app simultaneously.

Just finished doing a video walk through to get items quoted for a move. Very efficient and effective and throughout the video friendly. Highly recommend

Easy way to walk through the house with a knowledgeable person without requiring them to come visit. Only downside is it requires a smartphone with Android or Apple, and we only have one in our family.

Good quality image but call dropped out 3-4 times. Quite annoying. Not sure if this was linked to moving round the house and wifi dropping out and phone reverting to 4g and back again?

It is perfect, so easy and accurate. It really helps us during this pandemi. At the beginning I thought it will be difficult to operate with this app, apparently it is so easy and handy

Easy to use but must have good Internet as we lost mic and video at times because we lost WiFi connectivity but it only lasted a few seconds before we were reconnected.

Easy to use app. Surveyor was professional and explained everything before the video survey started. You use your own phone and the surveyor records the survey. Room by room opening doors, cupboard, wardrobes etc. Such an easy way to carry out a survey 👍

Great app. Saved me alot of time as I still needed to be in office while planning my move to another country. Consultant called me at night, to accommodate my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

Worked great, excellent response times and video. Sound hiccuped from time to time, but was overall great.
