Only pickup in San Francisco, what's the point of this?
I used to like this app for the fact that you could use it to just create shipping labels... Now you have to choose pickup anyway which is dumb. So now I have to rely on going to all the different websites just to get a quote which is a waste of my time when you guys could have just left the app the way it was thanks a lot.
I used to like the basic idea of it just finding the best Shipping rate but now I have no intention of using it again. The prices are rediculous lol, the cheapest was 7.55; my ebay rate was 2.61.
Good service. Outrageous pricing. They charge a flat fee of $5 for pickup, that's fair enough. They charge you the price of shipping something, that's fair enough ... But they also charge you $5 per package with a prepaid label. For what? Obviously they do not charge you the shipping since it's prepaid, they do not charge you the pickup since you paid the flat fee. No, they just charge you $5 because they can. And that, I find not appropriate.
Stopped supporting in NYC.
The only thing this app does moderately well is compare prices, thats it. I tried to do an international shipping: gave an undisclosed error when submitting it. Tried to sell a computer motherboard: can't sell because was deemed "unshippable", but didn't really tell me why. Wanted to have them package stuff for me: apparently they don't serve my area but serve the city RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Tried to input an address manually: does not exist (even POS apple maps found it). Guys, you need to step it up.

They charged me triple the quote without consulting me. They also dismantled my packaging so they could divide the shipment in two doubling the 'fragile care' fee. They also listed the weight of the products to be double what it actually was.... What a scam!!!

I don't often rate apps, but Shyp is such an incredible service I had to speak up. The integration with eBay is magical and they have turned something I dread (shipping and packing) into something I look forward too! I can't say enough good things about this company. Keep it up!

Yes, I added 9 pages of addresses to ship and when I went to pay it wouldn't let me and told me they would contact me because they needed more information. Well, 24 hours later and no one has contacted me. If I want to call them I can schedule a call back 2 days from now. Thanks for nothing.

I had hoped for this app up until they notify you it's dependent on picking up the package and not an actual price estimator. So if you don't live in Chi, LA, SF, or NYC it's useless. Maybe add an option to drop it off somewhere? Waste of time
Make option to upload my label and print by shyp employee, it's easier when my friend want send something to me and don't want to care about anything
Half the reason I don't send returns is packing and taking it to the UPS store. Now I can just set up a pick up and give them the label and they do the rest!
Update: They are now spamming me, and the unsubscribe link is broken. I could not find a web interface, so count me in as one of the many people complaining about this unneeded app to "confirm" a shipment. After installing it, I found there was nothing to confirm.
