I was using the older version which was so much of user friendly.. But now after its updated it's not opening at all . I have also reinstalled multiple times Whenever I open it ask can it send an sms but that never work it says always as server busy Just hate that....
I'm using this mobile app for more than two years, it is working fine for me. Very useful app for my fund transfer and all. But from last five months I'm unable to use the app. First it shows invalid password. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, then it's showing " we are unable to communicate with our mobile banking server". Please rectify this issue.
App is not working on my phone Please fix the bug I tried reinstalling it, still it's not working App is asking to restart application after 10 minutes still not work please fix it ASAP 😡😠
Not able to log in with my account always it show the error of server issue. I think it not a proper app for SBI customer...
There are numerous bugs in the app. I would like to have an option to use the finger print scanner to login just like other bank's apps.
After the recent update the app performance has become worst.. am not able to do recharge or view the passbook... and more app has become slower...
For more than a week, I'm getting banking server communication error please try after 10 minutes. The application is not even opening please solve the issue.
It's a worst , after all the installation process you are telling it has been migrated to SIB Mirror+ ,then why yo keeping this app , waste of msg verification cost everything . In that case remove this app
Why upi migrated.. i used upi simply in mpay.. but now it is horrible in sib+
Its OK . Sometimes the payment become successful and the recharges we are done shows failure.The recharged amt will get back but in immediate situation we can't trust to recharge using this app
Worst worst worst bank service in the 1st place, compared to the other 2 banks I have accojnts in. And this app gets technical probl ri8 at the momemt when we need it!

I'm unable to open it at all.after updating the app its like stuck.iam totally disappointed because i used it before and it was really very good but now in needs its not working at all.really disappointed

Not working at all Bank said use mirror+ for fund transfer but mirror+ also not working so all in all Sib apps are not working now a days . My request is please solve all issues of M pay coz M pay was very good
Do we have to create VPAs everytime we reinstall the app? I am not able to use my old VPA after reinstalling, days its already been used....
