- using IMPS-SMS mode; Charges applicable for SMS as per the customer’s telecom service provider; Social Money: Request/Send Money using Social Media Applications Lodge Complaint: Now raise ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking Complaints through SIB Mirror Card Block: Block your ATM cards using this feature. Cheque Status: Cheque status of cheuqes instantly. You can also see cheques in clearing as well. Mobile/DTH Recharge: This menu is available only for SIB M-PAY registered customers.

Doesn't work with Android 10. Doesn't even install. It keeps saying Server error. It was updated almost an year back and is quite unstable. If SIB wanted to be relevant, it needs to update app frequently.
i updated the app today. i had kept the same non updated for a long time. my phone is not rooted and i have minimal apps in my phone. the sib mirror app is not working and saying check your connectivity. i dont understand why after every few updates such issues pop in.
I am using SIB MIRROR APP by last 3 years. But, now I can't able to open the app . Last one week when I try to log in, it showing "Upgrade to SIB MIRROR+ App to enjoy fund transfer and other advanced features." Then I uninstalled and reinstall the same. Now, when try to register, mobile number is varified, but OTP not received. What happened to this app. I'm not able to check my balance, estatement and unlock my account. Please do the needful urgently.
App is showing server error while opening bank statement and account balance! I'm using OnePlus 6 on Android Pie! Please fix it ASAP!! I've already tried reinstalling, restarting and other sorts of troubleshooting! Fix it this is genuine problem!
Every time when you log in it is asking account holders name and other details and I will receive otp then only I set my design and log in. It is very irritating. Previously it was not like this.
Why this app suddenly closed? This was user friendly app in the past, easy to find details in a flash but from 1/3/21,does't open n remarks as server problem repeated time n again. I request to solve this problem urgently by the bank to enable it's customer to know the account details without any hassle of password n lengthy process of sib mirror plus App.
App crashes after the new update. I am unable to check balance. It looks like the new update wasn't tested properly. Got too many bugs

Not working, please fix. With Mirror+ i can't view all my account statements like OD accounts. I will have to contact bank everyday to get the updates. Why remove something that was working fine..
Please avoid opening account in SIB.. they are charging too much for everything.. Charging for IMPS which is regularly used now a days.. Quarterly SMS charges are very high.. they even don't care for my request even though I have NRE, NRO and RD account from long back.. I am soon going to close my accounts..
It hangs at times. I am getting signed out from the app automatically. Security features are not that appreciable
Mirror app not working from 27.02.2021. Says reinstall. Still no luck 😢 Unable to register and login now. Where is SIB team. Not responding at all.
Worst app no response at all .Does not work in my device but I have updated my device to Android 10 version. "IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT ITS SERVER ERROR".plz solve this problem soon
after last update every time i try to open app its asking name ,mob no,last 5 digits of a/c no and otp. its annoying you have to do this every time when you want to check ur balance
It is not opening my account details when i click on my account it throws back to the window screen and asking that draw a "gesture to the screen" i can't understand what is this
From last week the App is crashing and I am unable to view my Account statement.... Pls solve the issue soon.. rest the app was working very fine before last update...

if you guys really want customer to use sib mirror + then remove this app and support only mirror + why irrating customer with two apps that does same function and give link to install another app can you do something like what sib done with its yono app single app for everything remove all other apps
It's a best app . All product are available in a single app. Very very user friendly. More overs and reward s are given . Very Worthy
App is not working. When I try to access the app I get the error "could not connect to server"
i can't use this app ... when I try to open the app it shows me the device is rooted... but my device is not a rooted device!!!!!

App is functional but looks like an over enthusiastic kid made the entire application. No professional appeal and branding is very vague. UI is clumsy and has features that users don't need, like setting theme and gestures. Bank applications should be security focused.
