Worst exprience, already using more than hundred package but every time got problem like item broken even package already pack as requirement but they will always find excuse for not paying compensation as their responsible, if you can find other service, please dont us this for your own package safety
I used their service from Tokopedia marketplace. During the shipping they broke 6 pcs of my products cost nearly Rp. 1.000.000. However, Tokopedia & this courier do not take responsibility of their own action but deduct the seller's money. They did not investigate & solve the problem. They do not understand how to solve a problem let alone professionalism. I think deactivate them/not using this courier is the best choice. Taking away somebody's money carelessly/ w/ owner consent is stealing!
this app cant be use at all. everytime i add a contact to the address book, its not saved. then when i want to order, i need to put reciever name from address book. its stupid, why cant we just input the reciever info manually without address book menu. please fix.
Please fix this apps, as for the courier service, it was good at early 2020-2021, fast pick up, and good delivery. But at the end of the 2021, the courier very bad, package always lost or send to wrong address, many complaint from customer because of this courier service, please fixed it
Customer service slow response, no solution.
Hell no! Its not good. Just because you use HALU for Cheaper version. So you have for almost 1 month have to wait 😔. Just because Cheaper Version All of you Use 'Route of the sea'. It makes even more longer.

Why is 3 days not enough for you to send a package which only takes 1.5 hr flight while other expeditions only needs 1 day??? I've been using your service multiple times & this always happens it pissed me off. Please fix yourself you're SiCepat not SiLambat, aren't you?? If you keep going like this people wouldn't want to use your service ever again trust me.
If there is a problem with the delivery, please tell us, as a customer, I really disappointed because the package stay too long on transit and didn't inform the problem untill very long time. Specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) service, please fix the problems!!!
This courier is synonymous with PATIENCE. The staffs work hard yet slow as snail. Don' worry, your orders are delivered intact. Its tariff is way cheaper and you expect fast service? KEEP COOL, baby.
first time using the apps but turn out being disappointed. requested to pick up before 2 pm but the driver only arrived by 4pm and that was only after i contacted again, asked for confirmation.. and nomor resi hasnt been send until now.. -_-
The serivce is good, but the app is trash. Always says "incorrect password" I already changed the password several times and still doesnt work.
Check receipts must be copied repeatedly, there is no history. That's how the estimates in the marketplace and CS are not in sync. And it's getting slower and slower, or have you changed your name ?
Error 500 after registration. SiCepat is the fastest courier service in Indonesia. But the app is very bad. Please improve, just make it similar with the DHL or Fedex app
Worst shipping service, it tooks 2 days shipping from Denpasar to my hometown. 02.15 system shows Denpasar Sortation Transit but at 14.30 still no packages arrive. Rang the nearest office and they said the package not there yet. Use ID Express, JNT for more best possible shipping service.
Great app! So easy to use, too! I was afraid because of the low ratings, but it turns out it works just fine with good internet connection.
Really really bad Shipping service, my package stuck 4 days in Jakarta. I asked customer service he said they just following route. The hell.. following route stuck 4 days and back to Jakarta !! Not recommended

Service was bad, 6x criss cross cause the packages arrive slowly. It is happen when the courier name suci wulandari. I tried contact call center to ensure no missed delivery process but its still happened.
Fast and efficient it took me less then 5 day to have my package delivered to me in Jayapura So I give you 5 Stars
LOL, the worst delivery service I've found. Look all those reviews with 1 star, danggg. Unless you want to experience yourself, better use other delivery services ðŸ¤
I tried to reach the CS through email 2 days ago, but get no response at all. Meanwhile in the playstore, they tell all customers to reach them through email.
