I've got 2 issues. 1. For all the saved payments it shows the same amount i.e. Rs. 1,500. Though when we click any of the saved smart payment, the amounts are according to what we have set. 2. I've confusion about the accrued interest amounts. What actually does that mean? It appears there but it doesn't add to the amount of my account.

Log in issues, other bank apps open promptly but this app doesn't when needed the most and the payment freezes so many times which is only recoverable 24 hours later. This has happened to me numerous times. Very bad server. The bank needs to update the servers. Most of the time I cannot even see my own account details. One of the worst bank apps

This app is not smart as the name suggested! The notification system is very weak, it notifies after few hours. I expect it to be faster. Sometimes when someone transfers some money , the receiver couldn't get money instantly and the message also. Please improve it.

Absolutely horrible service. The transaction fails while doing online payment. But they always debit the money from the account. Been trying to get refund for 2 weeks now but to no avail. Better use other banking solutions.

I cannot activate my account in this application...i have tried so many times dated from more then 1 month... but its still the same error ( Its taking too long to process your request. If you´ve performed any transaction, please check its status before redoing it.) this is the error result shown when i try to activate every time. For your info.. my internet speed is 45mbps so there is no chance of slow internet. Please fix this bug from the application as soon as possible...

Cant view all the transactions within the selected date to current date . Shows not more than 4 transactions. I use this app on my two devices. I don't knw if this is a bug or i am limited to see few transactions. For such a small issue have to rush bank for my statement history. Please fix it. P.s: Your sms alert is disaster. I usually get sms after 6hrs in every withdrawals. Totally disaster.

The app still require more & more updates. Most of the problems were either transferring amt or even doing fonepay payment. Eg: Charging double amt or sometime showing SMS as deduct but not actually from Summary or vice versa. I am not sure when it will solve this issue despite their multiple updates. Let's hope the New Update will fix this bug. Also I too am hopeful that the SBL developer will interconnect the Ecom Card soon.

Sometimes the payment won't work no matter what. I can login and see sufficient balance and see other account activities, but after proceeding to confirm the payment by putting up the password, it just keeps loading and then the error screen pops up after a while. What a Horrible banking app to be depending upon, especially when we need to do payment immediately but don't have cash with us.

Worst Banking app I have ever seen. It takes almost 15-20 minutes to send money or load money in mobile wallet. Some time it shows error in fund transfer and after a moment it automatically send twice/thrice of same amount. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible or Last option I have to choose another bank for my banking transaction. Thank You !

With the increasing number of applications, people are very likely to forget password. I am no exception! My account got blocked and now I have to visit branch to activate it. Why there is no option of forgot password or reset password?? It's a very basic feature to have I believe.

the app is too buggy for an banking app that has an yearly subscription fee, scanning at a vendor the transaction fails 90% of the time, but balance is dedicated. Trying to recharge is the same hit or miss. Trying to select the date range in statements is complicated and fails most of the time.

When transfering money to another account, why do I need to manually enter the account holder's name? In fact the name should be auto populated so that we can verify the correct account we are transferring the money. Plus complain section is not working working the app. Too many bugs and very very poor UI. This app service is not worth paid subscription.

It's been a year since the app has been updated, yet the app is functioning properly on Android Oreo. No problem on operation of the app. It would be much more convenient to have fingerprint login security system.

Was it a database maintenance? Still the Problem is same after unblocking. And now it is blocked again. I am 100% sure it is the right one as I have noted it down. Old post: Unable to login even though the Password was correct. Now I have to go to the bank for reset. I think the developers are not paid enough

Worst app when i try to login it shows service error and at last they block my account. And when i tried to unblock my account by calling service center they said to send my details through mail. Hence i sent my personal information through the mail at last they said you have to send details through your own mail account. But they response me through mail earlier texting the problem has been fixed. But again when i tried to login its again saying service error.

It was working well before but these days it comes with a lot of failed transactions. Really disappointed by the service of Fonepay direct option, which deducts money from account though message says transaction is fail3d. And they take more than 2 days to refund the money.

Amount is not shown. Edit: (Problem solved) To solve the problem decrease the text size from mobile settings. I would give 5 stars if the problem doesn't arise even after changing the text size.(liked the customer support service)

Of course, this app helps myself in many banking transactions, however I don't find this app user friendly and there is issue regarding login- I have changed my password two times because it won't login at first and then it will tell you to visit near branch. It costs rs 50, like I have spent about rs 150 for this, it's not that much expensive, but I would prefer not to pay at all in first place.

One of the worst and worst mobile banking I have ever faced.If it has facility to give zero star then I definitely don't hesitate to give a big zero star.Whenever I open the app, after a while it automatically closed. At first I thought it was my mobile issur but later on I found the app is worst because other mobile banking apps runs perfectly in my device.Try to find the problem as soon as possible and fix it otherwise people will never use it again which will be a huge loss for the bank.

Lot of features such as cardless option, debit/credit card option, forgot password, etc are not available. Other banks app contains advance features which sbl smart banking lacks. Kindly add more features.

Having Bug scanning QR from gallery. Even after selecting it takes me make to gallery to select and it doesnt go further. M using S22 ultra. Having issue in selectibg bank in other banks app ur selecting bank works but only qr from gallery seems buggy now.

I have a login issue. Even though mob number and password is correct it says activate your password. Please fix it faster i cannot use this app. I urgently need to send money through mobile banking app and i couldn't due to this issue. It seems really disgusting. Help me to fix it.
