The app is very very easy to use. I can log in with my fingerprint and see my plan, make changes, estimate how much something will cost etc. The most important review is the insurance itself. I will keep updating this review but so far it has been a pleasure to use. I wish all insurances were this easy. No surprises. You swipe the debit card, take a pic of the receipt and upload it in the app and 24hours later you pay the difference if there is any.
Bad experience for 2nd time using it. They didn't paid me for what the apps or customer service assistant told me for the lab work. I was expecting this one is a good insurance but then it become problematic and they can't resolve it due to they don't really able to talk to the clinic to verify your billing for right codes! What a waste of time and money.
App works 25% of the time :(. The service itself is great but the app is always a pain to use. I always bypass the app and use the website itself. Login fails almost all the time, uploading documents fails all the time and the app crashes.
Searching for a doctor is not functional, and keeps bringing up results that are 10-20 miles outside of the search area entered.
Great app. Stable, fully featured. I love the insurance too.
I make $8,000 a year. This is no cheaper than Obamacare. I can't afford this either. What a joke!
You cant contact the company. The company doesnt cover your expenses at the hospital. Choose another company.
EZ to use
New Update is Horrible Ever since the newest update it is not allowing me to upload receipts of my expenses needed to reimburse. If it does load on the app it takes over 10 minutes of leaving the app open in order to submit. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
