A HOAX AND FRAUD!!! or unbelievable gross incompetence. As you progress, at some point the game will disconnect you every time a few minutes after starting a battle and it won't reconnect until you restart the game, doing so results in losing everything you brought into the battle. Should you manage to progress further, maybe by spending money, at some point the game will freeze on startup every time as soon as you see your castle, can't even play it. Reinstall and you entire progress is lost.

The game is really good. But the 3 stars is more to be honest that some things could be better in terms of how the game run, it can be laggy from time to time and the log-in to facebook is kinda bugged and forces me to log-in multiple times, even when I am logged in but not a big problem but still certainly annoying and strange, hopefully these minor stuff will be fixed. Otherwise great game but few stuff need some tweaks because I think the game would be more enjoyable for 5 stars.

I used to love the game and logged in several times a day, now the card crafting is ridiculously slow, I cannot craft the ultimate cards and now that I have upgraded everything I can't do anything with nor collect my resources. Please create more upgrades and VIP levels. Fix the issues, it has been over a month. Update:it has been 5 months and nothing has changed, same issues and nothing has been resolved also now getting "no internet" message so I'm not longer playing.

Hi there. I've been playing the game for the first time. And i like this game very much. The things you can update is: 1. You can improve the in-game graphics, 2. The sensitivity is too poor if i want to look around the battleground some of the inventories automatically open up, you can fix this. 3. You can add more different kind of troops and heros. THAT'S ALL I WANT TO SAY . Download the game . HAVE FUN 🤩🤩

Great game, annoying bugs. It kept popping up constantly to log into Facebook over and over even though I would press continue. It would just keep popping up. Also, countdowns while building things don't countdown when I leave the app. Only while having the app in the foreground.

Fun game, but the constant disconnects, the game not starting, (both mobile and pc) and, THE GAME FREEZING MY PC???! I mean are you guys serious? It's not like it's a 200$ pc, it runs EVERY triple A game no problems, but this game just freezes the whole system.. Glad I didn't spend any money on it. Fix your game and fix your servers, or just take the game down, cuz this is ridiculous.. Edit: now the game won't even start anymore, stuck on connecting. 1 star.

I love it because of the graphics and fits so we'll but the match making is so slow and it always says there is a problem. Will there be an update to fix some of there bugs and unlock the things in the guild ship other then that it's a fun game and kills a lot of time.btw love your other games and keep up the good work

It's a ery good game, and I would have given it 5 stars but after playing for 5 days, it started freezing and refusing to load. Became very frustrating to play. I guess I will loose all my progress. Will have to delete it. No need going through that stress because I want to play. Sadly

This game could've been the best game in the world in this category. It's a generous game with so many rewards including gems. But the devs abandoned it with so many bugs. I'm at the max level, in siegefall. But eventually I left the game. I wish they were updating this game with bug fixes and new heroes and units. So pity

It's a it's a nice game don't get me wrong, it's an interesting take on a few similar games I've played before. However, the ads are a bit obtrusive and now they're even showing when I have the game off so 3 stars and I will be uninstalling. It's a shame really I was looking forward to playing it

I used to play this game everyday. I don't know what's going on with it now because I can no longer craft ultimate cards. My magic dust always crafts "weaken" which is not even an ultimate card... I would have given it 5stars but at my level playing without proper offensive cards makes the game impossible and frustrating.

Lots of connectivity issues. Drops me off regularly in the middle of whatever, even in full range or data. Some cards created, especially the special ones... they disappear! More and more cards are created and fail to stock up. Disastrous bug.

Was really enjoying game, then linked to facebook and now in a constant loading loop, tried to reinstall and played fine until trying to link to old account to same old loop, lost a load of hours play and build time etc, cannot be bothered to play through again. Could've been 5 stars :(

This game is utterly ridiculous, because 1. I can't play in vanguard mode, 2. When I changed my first clan , I can't access my Jackpot tavern , whenever I click on reward icon indicated on tavern, the game crashes, So as a result I cannot get enough orbs to release those spirits.3. Sometimes the game is disconnected after 5 min playing ( though I have good internet connection) 4. Raid events are unavailable, when first time I changed my clan. I think Gameloft should consider these matters.

Good game.I like it.But I often lost connet when play game.The notice said: Connection failed.I suggest you improve,upgrade your server .Your server is better now, only sometimes lost connection, not often as before.But, now, i have another problem: after a guild raid or when i buy craft card, instead of receive rare card, i received WEAKEN(s) CARD. It happend rather often, i think maybe your server has some error about it. Repair it,please. Thanks.

love the game and it would be 5* if not for the "weaken" bug. please fix it fast i would like more dragons not just a regular when i craft an ultimate also the "ultimates" i get on regular craft turn out to be weaken cards, the main flaw in an almost flawless game. the only other drawback is on my first vangard i was 24 and my opponent was 205 see my problem? otherwise 5*, fix these and i change the rating.

absolutely love the concept and gameplay, but every 2 mins the server disconnects and says no internet despite a reliable wifi in my device, rendering the game unplayable. sigh. eagerly waiting for next update to fix this.

It has potential but but could do with a bit more content, it also randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the game, I'd give it 4 star if it wasn't for the connection issue.

I played your card game, hhom&m it took to long to reload or something. Can't remember, you make good games yet have no idea how to let people know about em. I had to look for the game. Put an ad on the tv, Spotify, you tube smart tv apps or something or fire your ad manager. Looking at the mechanics the game is solid. It needs more exaggeration( sparkle like the firefade screen) an according to the top rank of one a major update. This game is like wearing your good clothes when you get buried

At first the game was working great, after passing the tutorial, I tried to log-in with my FaceBook account(Level 80 associated to it). When I enter the game,it keeps refreshing (trying to connect to FB)! What's the Issue ?

I really enjoy this game in the very short spurts I can play before it crashes. Please PLEASE look in to the server issues. My phone is fine, but the game disconnects every 60 seconds.

This game is a immense hardwork of gameloft company, everything is too good, advertisements are bearable....But it has a drastic problem of server connection. all the time i raid a kingdom it starts showing "reconnecting" although i have been playing this game on a wifi network which properly supports my gta 5 game play... Please resolve this issue ASAP because this game has trend breaking capability... Hoping a positive response from gameloft team

Amazing graphics and awsome time playing it. But 4stars from me because of the lack of minute details. I cant make out much of the troops properly even after zooming. Please fix them as soon as possible. Thank you.

I really enjoyed playing the game but I had to start over twice cause I attempted to sign in to Facebook and the game glitched out. I played without connecting to fb made it to level 19 and the game just froze. Will wait until these issues are fixed before I play again

A very good game, but after playing for some time it started connection problem and you won't be able to play any match.or some time you won't be able to start the game.. which results in frustration.
