Can't connect to devices. So app is essentially useless. Get a better scope

I use a Kilo1800BDX. The rangefinder is great and fast. The BDX app works very well and accurately. BUT the simple feature of a zero offset is missing. For me this means that I have to enter the measured range and angle from the kilo into another ballistics app, instead of being able to use BDX, on board profiles and the elegant HUD. Please add zero offset as soon as possible.

Bought this a month ago. When I first set it up it up on my Samsung Note8 it worked fine. Then it did an update and the rangefinder Kilo2400BDX won't work anymore. Sent it to Sig for repair and sent a replacement. Reinstalled the software and it was fine. Then it did an update to the rangefinder and now it won't work. Still trying to get it to work. Working with Sig customer service.

Frustrated. The help video shows you to go into pairing and hit the scan for devices option in the top right corner. Only problem is the app doesn't have a scan for devices option in the pairing tab. So here I sit with over $800 spent for a specific purpose of communicating and it wont. I should have bought a Burris.

I needed help with the App and emailed sig they responded within minutes and from first contact the communication was fantastic! They were super helpful and I would not hesitate to contact sig with any problems. If you ask them they will help you. Everything works great!!!!!! App isnt downloading on my android. Got a new BDX ran and firmware update on the rangefinder and it deleted all operations of the rangefinder. Then tried the second firmware and it wont update fully on my other droid device. The SIG rep told me to find aomeone with an iphone to get the rangefinder working again or to send it back and they will update it. They have great customer service and products but the software could use some work.

Absolutly pissed with this i paid good money for this scope and range finder, and it is not as easy as they make out in the video, i have a samsung s9 i have turned the phone off 3 times deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and all it does is stay blank when you push pairing nothing happens at all im sending this back and buting a swarovski ds, not wasting anymore time on this package

Great app. Just downloaded to my note 20 and it paired easy. Also automatically updated the firmware on my new kilo1800 rangefinder. Plugged in 2 of my loads and it automatically gave me elevation adjustments for the distances I was ranging. Also pulls in altitude and temp automatically. Can't wait to work with it some more at the range.

Worked great right out of the box. Paired easily with my Pixel and updated firmware. Input the data for my ammo and easily get a firing solution. There is one feature I'd ask for since I don't have the scope: do the math to multiply MOA*Yards/100 to tell me how many inches to adjust aim.

Calculations dont seem correct. Shooting 6.5 creedmoor. Zeroed 100 yds. Can ping 300yd groups all day. Moved to 580yds, no wind, way off target. Checked muzzle vocity, grain, and it is entered correctly. Scope height above barrel entered correctly. Cant find anything in the setup that would produce bad calculations.

I paid extra for the range finder tho connect to the app. It doesn't stay connected, you have to reinstall the app every time you try to connect to the rangefinder

bought a 2400BDX combo with the Serria3 scope. The rangefinder would not download the 2nd firmware update from the app. I emailed the support email on this app and ended up getting a in touch with a guy from Sig the next day. sent in my rangefinder for further diagnosis. Turned out to be a lemon rangefinder which happens with electronics. they mailed me a replacement unit the following week. great support and customer service.

I have had the sierra3bdx and rangefinder for 2 months, cant get it to work at all, missing out on a lot of hunt because of this technology, though it would make my life easier, but this is the worst ever.

Won't update my scope, everytime it comes up that there is a firmware update, I click update. Screen goes white, scope goes blank, program restarts on the phone. Tried 3 different android phones, all do the same.

Note 9 the devices won't pair. It doesn't even find the phone so definaltely an issue. they certainly do not have the bugs worked out. Pairs on my son's iPhone no problem lol.

Range finder not adjusting reticle. Unable to determine cause yet as pairing seems to have gone flawlessly.

it took a lot of time off of making a shot that sometimes you would not have the time to figure out with pencil and paper now on a Sunday afternoon outshooting on the Range I would highly recommend that you do your own math and revert back to a Time when we did not have ballistic calculators and you will get a more meaningful and truthful relationship with your software I know that sounds corny but hey trust me and your brain will thank me

Very easy and intuitive to set up with rangefinder. Waiting for my BDX scope to put it to use.

Well I have a LG 51 phone and it will not pair with my range finder or scope . Brand new phone so I dont know if it is the phone or what . So frustrating. I think someone could make money on making this system work I would pay someone to set this up for me

If you have an Android, don't even bother. Called tech support and they said I need an iPhone to update my $500 range finder. Or I could send it in and wait for them to do it.... Wish I bought the Leopold at this point.

Received my 2400 bdx tried 20 times to get it to connect to Bluetooth on phone, no such luck. Follow every direction available. I have Google pixel phone. I can get a jbl speaker to connect but not this. So frustrated.

Doesn't matter what the app is like to me, the amount of notifications I get for this app telling me my background has been recorded in the background is disgusting. Selling the bdx scope and rangefinder.

Can somebody who has one of the range finders post the ballistic data for the sig ht. 223 rem ammo? They wont post it on their site and you cant see it in app with out first pairing a scope or range finder.

30.06 isn't a calliber option. Great range finder but I can't use the app with it. Please add 30.06 and 5 stars for sure.

Works ok. I really wish you would change the minimum muzzle velocity. For airgun hunters like myself. We need it as well as powder burner hunters.
