Edit:. App was updated on 1/12/22 and they did not fix the tiny problem of the app not working at all. Time to move on to another app. After update, app won't start. Widget won't display info. Before the update failure, the news feature on tracked stocks hasn't updated for well over a year. Why can't this be rolled back?
This was a great app while it worked, but as of July 2021 it stopped syncing with my brokerage (Vanguard) and from reviews that seems to be the case with other brokerages too. I had a number of issues in the 6 months prior to this and had countless tickets submitted. The company said they're not maintaining the site/app and that they've pivoted to wealth management. They should pull the app since it is just going to frustrate people. Edit: as of 12/16, I can't even open the app
Started out a decent app. Slowly gotten more buggy and difficult to use. Crashes on the regular, doesn't update. Used to display current business news for each stock. That stopped in July of 2020. Still shows those old articles. Guessing they lost funding and it's about to disappear.
Installed the app for the first time today, crashed on startup with a message stating "the app has a bug... clear the cache" which I did. Now the open won't even open. No message, no error, just won't open. Too bad because their website is great.
Absolutely trash. Crashing widget, will not start main app. Won't fix connection to major brokerages. Not worth the basic info from website. App charts were always better to see performance over time. No dev response. You're trash. Kiss history goodbye moving on.
Not sure what bugs or stability this latest update fixed, but the app won't even open on my pixel 5 anymore. I do like the app when it works, which has been most of the time except for right now. It's been almost a month and the app still won't open.
Became useless overnight. This app used to be pretty good. I went in today and was told there was an update that made it so much better. Oh yeah, SOOO much better...now within seconds of opening the app, it crashes, every time. Useless now, just taking up space. Looks like the last update was a week ago, and they still haven't fixed it. I'll give it a few days, if they don't get it together, I'll be uninstalling the app and moving on. I mean...don't they test before releasing an update?
My phone had a software update and the app now doesn't even open. This is in addition to dropping of two brokerages I use regularly from the automatic sync list. Really unfortunate since I use this app multiple times per day I really hope they get it figured out soon.
I've just uninstalled & reinstalled the app on my Android device for a second time per the instructions of the support staff in response to other users also having problems with it crashing. This did not resolve the issue. When will a viable fix be available?
The app doesn't launch. However, this is a good thing because it means you can't accidentally sink your money into this poor performing, poorly managed company with a frustrating and buggy website experience.
Keeps crashing since last update, I don't understand why they don't roll back to the last version or fix this one. I've already reinstalled, that didn't work.
Usually a great app, but latest update crashes when showing the account list. At times it prompts you to upgrade even when on the most recent version.
The app won't start. It has the error that the app has a bug wait until the developer has a fix. Not able to view my account for a month already.
Keeps crashing on my Galaxy phone. It works on my Apple phone though except that names of my stocks and bonds do not show up. Needs to be removed from Play Store or revert back to the previous one.
Good luck! I had used this app for a year or so until I finally got so frustrated with if that I deleted it 6 months or so ago. Went back recently and reinstalled to try and see if they fixed everything but the app continues to give you a message that it can't connect. Update: first review was 2018 - now 11/14/21. Tried it again the last 6 months and now it won't sync with Schwab. Different agents give you different fixes. None work. This should still be called beta after 4 yrs.
Two months since I reported the problem (below) and they still haven't fixed the problem. Pretty sad. Don't use them to invest your money, you won't be able to get to it. No longer syncs with ETrade. Worked great for years, but a few months ago it started failing to sync to my ETrade account. Pretty much worthless if it can't sync. I've written customer support about it and they just said they're working on it. It's been three months and it's still not fixed. Time to find a different program.
The app has not been working. Can't speak to financial advisor. Horrible costumer service. This platform used to be great, I'm not sure what happened.
It doesn't work...after you click on the icon to launch it, it starts loading, but then crashes back to your phone desktop.
0/5 stars. Haven't been able to open the app for few weeks now, which is terrible since I've been meaning to change my allocations given the market. Now I'm net negative since I started investing early last year.
This was a great app and service that I've used for years. However I haven't been able to connect for over a week through the app. I can only use on my computer. I also haven't gotten the weekly report email in months. I've emailed several times and only get a form response back each time saying they are working on it.
Used to be a solid app. No it has trouble updating, the widget inconsistently works, and for the last three days I haven't even been able to login to the app (but I can login to the website) even after an uninstall / reinstall. Since the 12/16/21 update, the app will not open. It continually restarts and crashes.
