Abby Monkey® Action Sight Words Learn to Read Adventure with Word Aliens for School Reading Success is a new educational READING APPLICATION by 22learn. The app is designed to help children learn and practice reading the most common sight words.
Sight words are words in English language that do not have a simple one-to-one correspondence between sounds and written letters, and therefore have to be learned “by sight.”
Being able to quickly recognize sight words is a crucial part of learning how to read. Sight words mastery is a necessary step towards an enormous reading improvement.
Sight Words offers children an easy-to-use interface and a grand choice of six fun educational games through which children can acquire mastery over this subject matter.
THE 6 GAMES INCLUDED:
(1) WORD MACHINE Control the Word Machine. Supply all the words that need to be produced by tapping on the words called.
(2) SPELLING Your dog is hungry! Make cans to feed him! To make a can, drag the letter cards to their correct place and make a word you have just heard pronounced.
(3) SIGHT WORD BINGO WITH STARFALL WORD ALIENSMake a Bingo to get a ticket for Aliens back home! (All star fall word aliens are animated.) Tap on the word corresponding to the one that you heard pronounced. Once you have matched cards from one side of the board to the next... Bingo! Aliens are back home!
(4) MEMORY GAME Match the sounds to correct word forms! To do so, tap on one of the speakers, hear the word, and then select one of the cards below with a correct word. Do it for all words!
(5) GEARS Tap on one of the speakers on the screen, hear the word pronounced, and place the word across the speaker. Repeat for all words to see wonderful gears animation.
(6) FLASH CARDSPractice in the Flash Card mode. List through the words and top on the cards to hear the words pronounced again and again!

great starter, need more grade options. also, after buying full edition, it keeps having me open the full edition, on the app store, rather remembering its already there. need an update to fix it.
This is a fantastic app that my son used daily...until I upgraded so a GalaxyS10. Now the app won't even open. I have sent feed back a few times, uninstall/reinstalled twice...finally just gave up...please fix it or tell me how to fix it!
I love this for my son on his tablet. Tried to put it on my phone and the developers obviously didn't put in code to resize game based off of the screen resolution -_- really disappointed
Doesn't work. The app uses a space bigger than my phone and I am not able to reach the start button because it's off screen. I can't find how to get a refund.
I love this app! It has been great for teaching my students how to read. Unfortunately, the profile feature in which you can type in a username is not working.
The game is broken. Waste of money. You can't use it because half of the screen is cut off. I would like my money back on this one.
Using Samsung tab a, android 9. Keyboard doesn't load to input names. I expected a lot more on a paid app.
fantastic! pre k and k are the first 100 site words. So many games that work on spelling and identification! simply fantastic.
Misses words in school curriculum. Default opens in landscape when it should be in portrait. Wasted money.

So sad, first time I download was OK. But I switch my sons tablet, for the same brand exact model, know I try to download and nothing I try like 15 times and nothing. So I don't think is the device.. Cause is the same as before
First educational App I ever purchased for my son about two years ago and now using it for my God daughter! He loved playing and noticing the words in the real world. This was such a help after struggling with plain flashcards and boring site word books. Now we're passing on the excitement of reading everyday words to his God sister.
What a fun way to teach my children about sight words. We homeschool and my kindergartener first grader hate to do their sight words.. This game makes it fun and they like to play in their learning
Started Kindergarten this year and has discovered an interest in this app again. Good for sight reading and helpful if your kid can read phonetically. Vocab list isn't huge, but it's decent enough.
This is a great app, I am studying Bachelors of Education and this app is great for prep kids and advances in age.
I purchased this for my kid who is in 1st grade. It stopped going to next levels once he finishes the 1st one. I hate it.
The app doesn't say any words like it says it should. The flash cards do not say the words like it should. A complete waste. I can't figure out why it won't work!
Bought the full app for my boy and he loves it. He has no idea he's actually studying, to him its just games.
Our device reset and we lost all our apps. Simple fix, just re-download the apps. When we attempted to download this app, the company would not allow us to download it for free. We even proved that we purchased the app 5 times across other devices but the one that got deleted, we brought the app 2 times. They still would not allow us to download for free! Making us having to purchase the app all over again for the 6 time, 3rd time on the same device.
