Like many other apps, they started with a few kinks but they were honest and they knew about them. They worked hard over the years to find the right amount of steam to iron them out and they were successful in doing so. Their live, realtime support team is always quickly available to assist and work fast on a resolution rather than make you wait, they get the job done.
If you work for a company that requires you to download this application for work orders I highly recommend that your company provides you with a company cell phone that they pay for because I just had to pay $350 in data overage fees because of this app on my personal phone. The app never stops running in the background and uses an immense amount of data.
Totally awesome I can communicate with residents, plan and arrange appointments. I can see their feedbacks and get information on repairs needed. I can start a job and end it or reschedule for another day of week or put on hold till a resident is ready or no longer sick. I can create anual inspections or create a workorder right from this app on my phone. Only glitch I've noticed is when I call the resident, the computer calling resident has sometimes called the wrong number. ⭐
Great app overall, I would recommend an additional option for residents who require a quick response yet do not have an emergency as it appears a glitch in the app jumps escalations to division managers at random.
Site plan is garbage does not work well with Android phones does not work well if you have multiple properties does not keep information coming in Daily does not work. Will work for you if you have time to constantly go to a desk top all day, which restrick daily production.
Same as everyone else, "...you have to sign in from SightPlan mobile." Is this app not SightPlan Mobile? So now I guess I won't be getting notifications when I receive packages thanks to my apartment managers decision to go with this company. Thanks a bunch, to you both!
Frustrating, needs improvement, can't search tasks-uninstall/reinstall...tasks do not show-uninstall/reinstall...task do not show complete when closed-uninstall/reinstall...hopefully issues with this app can be addressed.
Clear, concise, and easy to manage.
If I didn't have to reinstall this app once or twice every month so it would update I'd give it a better review. This app is glitchy and will just not update so emergency calls will go missing.
Daily problems with tasks downloading to my phone..Sometimes it works most times its delayed until end of day. But it shows up on my email..
App is terrible, work orders for apartment maintenance will go over 24 hours even if they were put in the night before, anytime it hits midnight it automatically makes it past due. It ruins the morale of maintenance and causing maintenance to be flustered and rushed. Maintenance is the most important part of apartment office staff, take away maintenance and the property doesn't last, I will be opting out of sight plan due to the high stress and high pressure.
This app make the paper work a whole lot easier to fill out an easier to fail it save half the time and less the space to have to save all that paper
Not able to sync other properties, just stuck at loading for days... completely useless and does not update current property
Be warned, this app sucks. I have spoken to several employees and no one has helped me solve the miltiple issues I have had and am still having with this app. Good luck!
In our "Gold Key" section, it let's you comment if a work order is needed and allows you to leave a comment but it doesn't actually create the work order when submitted....why not kill to birds and make it so if you comment about a work order being needed, it creates the work order too instead of entering the same information twice?
So far it's been very HELPFUL APP! Makes work schedule very organized and improves our work order times.
Multiple issue on loading tasks . We need tasks to sync to phone ASAP ! Super Frustrating. This App needs alot of work . 👎
It's terrible I try to put the work orders and nothing loads me, it doesn't work, what happens with the application. I am not up to date with work orders.
This service suite is the best thing to happen to our community. I'm able to track work orders, stay way ahead on preventative maintenance, and keep our residents much happier!
This app really sucks really sucks for this type of business try calling I.T and all they told.me to do I had done it like 30xs they need to update of the refreshing app on auto. Don't recommend I give this a 0 star if it was possible
Where is the zero star button??? Every time I try to log in it tells says we found your account, but you need to log in with SightPlan Mobile. This IS SightPlan Mobile!

awesome app. im now having a problem getting urgent messages ..and ...why on the pool part .the cursor doesent move down when you hit next ????
installed mobile app then sign in but got a message saying "found your account but you need to sign in with mobile app". What hell is that? what an useless app!!!
Doesn't work good on android phones (from 2017 till 2020 im having the same problem its worked correctly only 6months out of 3yrs.)
cant scan packages for lg android device. the support team doesnt seem to be any help either.
Bad app as you can not add parts on order and not organized any service request also when you on call you still receive all the call during the day please fix

Absolutely awful for workers, which means most likely, great for managers. The categories are unnecessary, there's no way to organize the tasks manually, in the order that's most efficient, which is different for each complex. The interface is convoluted and confusing. I would only recommend this app to someone I hate.
