Sightseeing Pass Travel Guide

An exceptional app. After creating itineraries in this app and 2 others, I was much more impressed with what this pass had to offer. The only thing I wish it included (that others had) was a way to add non-pass items to the itinerary as time place-holders. (I will still need to maintain a second itinerary.) Also, the items that you want to do (like tours) but have to schedule first are not able to be added until you book them. I will probably forget about them before the booking window opens.

The worst service ever! I not only lost money, but also my time. I bought tickets for 6 attractions. But I couldn't use 2 for many reasons. The Sightseeing Pass is not updated according to the attractions. I feel ripped off, frustrated for not having assessed to 3 different attractions that I tried, and also that the "FLEX PASS" is not flex at all, as I tried to use it two weeks after I bought them and it wasn't possible. Advice: Don't buy it!

I wish I could give a good review because while I love saving money, this company manages to waste one of the most important things... your VACATION time. I've done this pass in multiple cities and it's been the same experience: over half the offerings are false. You show up to the place and find out you can't becaus the SightSeeing company isn't paying the event venues. They often think as highly of the SS pass as I do. If you try to get a refund or complain, the SS company will avoid your call

Because of Covid about 50% of attractions we're not available. Sometimes the app stated this, sometimes not. I also had trouble with my tickets showing as not valid on the last day and I spent too much time on the phone trying to get the problem corrected with no luck. A good value but too many problems, frustrating.

Chose not to disclose that the hop on/off bus tour is no longer on/off so using that as transportation to get you to the various sites is not an option so it's not possible to doany of the attractions without wasting to s of time or money trying to get to the different attractions. The bus company stated they've repeatedly told them but they haven't updated the description. This seems intentional as who wants this if you don't have transportation to most of the spots.

I used my sightseeing pass when I was in New York but a lot of things required a pre-book. I had bought 12 because they had all 22 activities I could do. due to covid many were still closed. the customer service was sub par. it said you need insurance if you don't use you're pass didn't say anything about if I use it but can't use all of them. it wasn't my fault I couldn't use my pass and they didn't offer much assistance. do not buy a 12 pass.

great app. allows me to build my itinerary, check the cost, decide which pass would be more suited for me, helps plan the budget, gives a comprehensive list of all attractions along with info about timings etc. I used this app extensively during my NY trip recently

Useless. Unable to log in. Website is also useless to set up itinerary. Have read reviews and no-one can log in. Shouldn't this issue have been corrected? Once you have brought your ticket how do you book thing? Call company providing service or turn up and hope for the best? Very unclear and disappointing. Guess you might need to log in to see this information?

False advertising and rude customer service. Most things are outdated and the passes provided do absolutely nothing at all for you (sightseeing/discount pass). They also won't refund your money regardless if they provided misinformation.

Went to New York. Sight seeing was so easy with this pass. Saved so much money and jumped a lot of queues as we already had the tickets. They just scan your phone and in you go.

Doesn't work. I've tried 3 times to register but just get a gray dot with no instruction when I hit the register button. Not cool, my trip is in 2 days and I was hoping to be able to have my passes easily accessible on my phone. Guess not.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Some of the information on this app is outdated and invalid. If you are considering using this company/pass, please know that several of the things listed are not valid. We spent over $500 on 4 passes and were not able to use all 5 activities. We wasted time going to the activities that are invalid. The company will not call me back and rectify this issue. Beware. I hope they contact me (as I have left several messages) or I will have no choice but to dispute the charges.

You gotta be organized but definitely worth it's value. Get to popular places early and plan to see sights that are close together or in walking distance. Go on the bus tours as they are informative but be sure to work out your other sightseeing plans using the Subway (Not part of card) as travelling between places on sightseeing bus will take up your entire day due to NY traffic. This is great value if you put the effort into planning.

The app works fine. But don't pay for the pass. Very little in NYC is open, including the busses it promises. The pass is not currently worth money we spent.

I bought 2 passes. One for Philadelphia and another for New York and neither of them worked. No customer service and went to their headquarters in New York to find it closed, and didn't reopen because of covid

We still had to queue up for everything, despite the Sightseeing Pass claims! There was no need to get it, because there is heaps of info freely available in NYC.

We tried to use our pass to do the Monster Truck tour at Nashville. We were all signed up and ready, til we said we has the pass. Thwn they told us we could't book that day!

I was all for them until the Covid came and all my stuff got cancelled but since I didn't pay for Pandemic Insurance and all my plans got cancelled by the Government I cant get my money back. Yes they are good for a year but I only had plans for april 7th and 8th 2020 so even if I keep them for a year they will be no good cuz I bought them in March.

Was an amazing app worked as well as it advertised just scan barcode wherever yoi go and you are did it worked as advertised no problems and if you go to the attractions they know the app so no confusio.

An Amazing way to see the city. Easy to use and made everything simple. The app could use a little work, but all in all it was a Great Experience!

Would love the refund I've spent over a year chasing, after spending more to get the "refundable" pass! No replies to any attempts to contact this company. Very disappointing.

Currently giving me map info in German, with no option to change it. Why has it even set the map info to German in the first place? Also, adding attractions to itineraries is flakey at best.

I like to make my itineraries, it's an easy way to plan efficiently your trip. The maps are handy too.

lack of information aboit the bus. to maximize the productivity od the ticket its necessary to put the places that are close to oreoare a good itinerary. Bad experience, not recommend.

As smooth and easygoing as a glass of pure scotch. Selection of attractions is wise and inclusion of One World observatory is cherry on the cake. There was absolutely no issue in any of box office line. Though keep in mind, you can't cover even 30 % of attractions in given days. Prasad Kulkarni 3 day pass November 2019

Worked great in the places I used it, already had an idea of where I was going to use it. simply showed the bar code and that was it.

It's making the planning of this trip sooo.... much easier. And so much more affordable. If it is as easy as it seems we will be very happy!

This seem to be a pretty good app do far as planning your trip have got into anything esle other than planning and very helpful and that regard

Same login problems that others are having. Once I enter my info to register, it won't allow me to submit it.
