A review pop up right out the gate, bro? fr? Other than that, I think it does the job well, so far. I use the album display one, and the only thing that I dislike right away is that it doesn't have alpha value selection (or just transparency). If you would add transparency as a color option, the app would be an easy 4 out of 5 stars XD.

A neat app, but regardless of how I change the color settings, controls are invisible, able to be pressed but I just can't see them! Really annoying. And it took some time fussing with the settings, there are things that feel lacking but it's useful for some things... I do like the rounding corners and transparency options.

When it works, the app is great. So far, the app has been working properly for days, and hoping it would stay that way. It's very easy easy to understand and navigate. Has various options on how to style the widget and the notification. But when it doesn't work, it truly doesn't. All the widgets are gone, and the notifications don't work. it usually happens after I turn dark mode on and then off. But right now, it seems to be working properly.

Very good user experience, especially the Material Design interface, which I find falling out of favor in too many applications. Personally, I don't see a use for it myself, because I use Sesame Shortcuts which works for me. But for people who perhaps aren't that tech-savvy, or find Spotify's rather slow interface frustrating, this is a very solid application!

Really useful for letting me play music immediately since the spotify app is so slow at loading. One thing I'd appreciate is that I would like to be able to customize the image size for the grid widget. Right now it looks a bit awkward to me since the images for each shortcut are very small and the padding is large so a lot of the widget just look like empty space.

A very handy widget to have since Spotify took theirs away. Took me a minute or two to work it out but now it's working perfectly. Highly customisable and attractive. And I wouldn't be without it. Also I'd like to thank the developer for offering it for free. I like it enough that I would have bought it. Addendum: That'd be awesome Max. I like the idea.

It works but I wish I could make the background transparent. You can only select a color. ***UPDATED *** developer had a quick response via email and reply on my review. Because of that I changed to 4 out of 5 only because of customer service. Still really hard to get it to be transparent but after 45mins playing with it I got it. I recommend for future update to have a button to make it transparent and apply to all widgets or just the one you select. Then it will definitely be a 5!

I cannot believe I waited this long to simply search this up. "Spotify Widget", that's all it took! I was so disappointed with Spotify for removing their widget for no apparent reason, this app is an absolute gem! I cannot thank you enough for fixing such a simple, yet frustrating issue I have had for months now.

App looks good but no longer works. Spotify incomprehensibly decided to delete its widget yesterday, maybe that broke this app. It's why I just installed it but you can only link to a song or Playlist, and any new links I make now end up in the search function within Spotify instead of opening the Playlist. Hope it gets fixed...

I used to love this app but after your recently updates , this app stopped working for me . First Spotify is installed on my device still it's saying, Spotify isn't installed , Second when I share playlist to sign , it shows error , "not found" on Spotify app . Don't know what's problem. Please solve these bugs and please give transparent background colour option too .

BEWARE - BREACHED MY ACCOUNT It's one thing for this widget to not work as it's supposed to, and it's another for it to force my account to play music that I am not playing. I assume that's how this developer makes money without ads. My account started playing music from random "Dj" artists who had no followers and very, very plain cover albums. My account also showed that I was already listening from a laptop with Chrome -- I used Firefox, and my laptop was off. Will be reporting.

the created shortcuts do not work after i click on them either through the widgets or inside the app itself... spotify will open but not go to selected playlist (just goes to whatever the last playlist i was in). sometimes spotify opens to a blank black screen. i have followed all steps correctly but it seems this app is completely broken. hope the developer responds with an answer to fix the issue? Samsung Galaxy S8+ Australia.

Really like this app The pinned notification shortcut is very convenient. The UI is clean and easy to use. **Suggestion: 1. Adaptive background color for the pinned notification. 2. Reduce the gap under the notification bar when hide text is selected.

I really like this app for its usability. However, I'm having some difficulty with the new update. I managed to make the background color transparent, but the control bar color won't allow me to make it transparent. The shortcut icons are also much smaller than they used to be. I wish I could make them larger.

Great option for the stock Spotify widget that is no longer available. Easy directions. Good customization. Works perfectly. Little time consuming. Took about a half hour to do what I wanted. Not bad at all.

Seeing as how this apps functionality is based on Spotify itself, and that the links are broken from spotify, I still highly reccomend this app once the bug is fixed, it offers so much customization, and looks great on your home screen.

Worked great for a long time, but suddenly stopped accepting new content from Spotify via Android "share to" menu. Now I'm stuck with the favorites I have and can't add do them in Sign. Reboot/clear data and cache/reinstall/reboot...no dice.

Not as complicated as it seems on first look. Works, and looks, great once you get it set up. Advice to new users: open the *app* first, as opposed to placing the widget first and trying to wing it.

Great app, much better widget than Spotifys. Would give 5 easily if it would just play the icon selected rather than opening the playlist in Spotify. Either way, its optically pleasing on the Home screen versus the bland Spotify widget.

Great app and widget. It pushes notifications to your phone when it cannot connect to a network but you can turn it off in the app's phone settings . Thanks Max!

The app performs well in place of the original Spotify widget. Doesn't have the same interactive features, but I'm happy to have something back on my home screen at least...

It didn't start playing a playlist when I tapped on the widget and it didn't even open in Spotify... I also couldn't add more than one widget. I don't like giving 1 star reviews but it was useless to me.

Widgets are nice. but the whole app is very buggy. widgets randomly stop working. and the app itself is also not very clear, and crashes.

I will be using this app for my DnD sessions! While I could put my spotify playlists as a shortcut on my homescreen it isnt very effective since it autoplays the playlists. So happy I found this app:)

one small issue i had was that the playlist covers were getting inverted in the notification bar because my device was in dark mode. hope you could dox that. other than that i enjoyed the app :)

Shortcut widgets only takes me to the search bar in Spotify. No matter what I do. It doesn't work as intended. (playlist/share /copy link - add link in sign for Spotify.

Looks great, however my phone keeps saying "Spotify is not installed" and stops working, tapping on the widget content does nothing and I can't add or edit my lists in the app
