SIGN guideline recommendations are available on the move with the award-winning SIGN app. Developed by the SIGN Executive in collaboration with Root Creative, Glasgow.
Updated: May 2016New content includes:The latest update of the SIGN app includes SIGN 145 Assessment, diagnosis and interventions for autism spectrum disorders which provides recommendations on the identification of people with ASD, diagnosis, management and support for children, young people and adults with ASD.
Also included in this update are SIGN 147 Management of chronic heart failure and SIGN 148 Acute coronary syndrome. SIGN 147 and 148 replace SIGN 95 and 93 respectively and are part of the on-going update of the SIGN heart disease guidelines over the course of 2016–2018.

The QRG content is enhanced with material from the main guideline and online resources, linked to the SIGN website. The app features keyword search, bookmarking and access to the SIGN website. New QRGs will be available as an update as they are published, building into a complete library.

no content app downloads fine to my OnePlus 6T but there is no content. ive checked all the permissions but still no luck getting anything useful. pity as it should be a very useful resource
joke . no content . good for showing off. you know I read clinical guidelines because I've got the sign icon but no actual content . great stuff
App not compatible with latest software. contents doesn't open at all. waste of time downloading this app
As with previous reviewers, the guidelines don't appear which is what I downloaded the app for. Have uninstall until this is fixed.
When opening the guidelines page the screen is grey and blank. Completely useless.

Interesting & worth downloading
Brilliantly designed and has marvellous content
Having the short summaries automatically part of the app is so much better than having to wait for a download (often on the ward where there is no WiFi or mobile signal). Well done on the update.
Works very well now. Good reference and an easy to use environment.
But more guidelines need to be added to this mobile app.
Excellent, easy to navigate round and nicely laid out guidance so it's not one big text-bomb. For any users with problems after an update, usually it can be resolved by uninstalling and re-installing it!
The latest update works perfectly ok for me.
Crashes on trying to save a page as a bookmark or on trying to exit from app!

Force close issue now resolved. Great app - simple, but attractive
Downloaded ok but then wouldn't show me any guidelines. I tried uninstall and reinstall. Seems not compatible with my Android phone, which is only 2 years old. Disappointed.
