Sign In App Companion

I have been using the app for a while and it's great, but out of nowhere it stopped working (when i try to open I get the ligo for 2 seconds and then shuts down). I have uninstalled/installed it a few times and even asked for employer to re-send invitation email, but I still get the same problem. No phone or app updates have taken place between the last time I used it and when it stopped working. Why is that?

Needs serious improvements: - the auto sign in/out does not work (worked 2 or 3 times the stopped doing it) - the ui is confusing and disorganised. Especially the desk booking option, which will have you trying to zoom in to figure out where is your desk. But the zoom only goes so far, then you better have good eyesight. - also you can only book a week. No way to book the same desk for a month. - finally, no way to transfer the account to a new phone: you need to require a new activation code.

A bit rubbish. Alerts that stay on all the time and cannot be dismissed. Auto signin never works. And some veey confusing permission requests.

Stopped working. I use this for work but as of this morning it won't even open. Have deleted it and readded it. Restarted my phone. Have done this several times. Changed the permissions. And it still won't work. When it does work my phone constantly warns me that its power consumption is draining my battery even though I close the app as soon as I sign in.

This won't open on my android since the update on the 8th. Immediately crashes. Tried reinstalling, no luck.

This has worked well for about a year until today when it just won't load and cuts out before I can log in. Don't know what to do to make it work now. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing junk etc, but it's not having any of it. Such a pain now.

Poor App. Doesn't work on Android 8.1.0. Like other users, regular white screen. The only thing that does work is the option to sign out. I think the app could be amazing if all the functionality worked.

Works well. An app shortcut to sign in/out directly from the home screen would make it even better. Edit: latest upset tries to access a local 192.168.x.y IP and which results in a blank screen. Can't use. Update: fixed

Always says out of range, even when I use 4g or data. Have tried restarting my phone etc, it's really hit and miss. Have even extended the gel-location sign in zone to 500m and still doesn't like it... Will re-rate once it works

Working fine until update and now doesn't get past the logo splash screen before force closing. Even after a restart and a reinstall, issue persists. Using on a OnePlus 8 Pro on Android 11.

Was working great until today. Crashes instantly. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue.

Does not work on Android 7.0, using latest version downloaded from app store, get white screen. - have opened a support ticket and this being investigated, it is not a connection issue on the device.

Google have made changes to security and permissions in Android which appears to have rendered APP useless. Cannot open on my phone. Hope updat 2.4.0 will be issued urgently.

Update has fixed issues with android system Web view, less than 36 hours from report to fix.

Barely works, alerts broken, constant undismissable notifications

Recent hickup due to Google but superb support sorted quickly. Thank you.

This was working really well on the trial but now we have the full paid version each time I open the app it freezes and nothing works. Very frustrating

Started crashing this week, shows logo for a few seconds then closes *Edit* thanks for the quick response, sure it will be working perfectly again soon.

Worked fine until this morning, when opening it just closes immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but still not working. Today is 08/12/21. Did you update over the past 24hrs?

Confusing UI for desk booking, the map zoom doesn't use pinch and desk numbers aren't shown on the map. Also leaves an alarm icon in the notification area on my Pixel 4 for sign in reminders which remains even when the reminder has been deleted.

I have had no issues for 3 months but now the app won't open at all I have uninstalled and started from scratch.. Any idea what I need to do?

Crashes with error message every time I try to book a space and this morning won't open at all so I can't log in that I'm at work

Was working fine, but since my phone updated to the latest build of Android 12, it crashes immediately.
