Daily Live broadcasts feature doesn't work. I click play, but nothing shows up. Any instructions to do moving forward?

The staff/news anchors are phenomenal, providing news in American Sign Language.

I appreciate sign1news, and follow them on YouTube. This app just seems like an alternative way to view their YouTube videos. I'm not sure what the point is.
It's ok, takes up alot of space.
I'm not sure exactly what I've signed up for and what I get for paying monthly. The videos are exactky the same as on YouTube with no extras and the additional categories aside from "news" contain old posts. They do not respond to emails for customer support as I have send multiple, asking why closed captioning was not available on the app, but is available when watching on the free, YouTube format. Note: this has since been fixed. I will be cancelling this subscription as it seems wasteful
