Not opening on LED tv. I added few mp4 videos on timeline on my pc but only 2 of them r working , rest r not displaying on pc. Then i tried to watch on mobile, but verrryyyyyy slow in action. kindly help. thx
Wasted an hour learning the desktop app to find out their app won't show on Android tv sets. Tried the app on my phone and can't even get the login screen to work properly.
Doesn't work with android 11 and there have been no app updates since Aug 2018. Don't waste your time.
Why is this app not visible from android box? It is working fine from mobile. If it is not visible from android box, have to go to other options.
How to make this application in auto start mode .I mean if I restart my android tablet this application should open automatically.Kindly suggest us

Stuck at log in page. Login button is not available. What kind of app is this?
The default home menu, any stock app, or anything else will not work. I had to plug my tv box in via ethernet to get it past the checking internet connection screen, and chrome is the only thing that works, and even then I have to press create account to open chrome. You ruined my device. Thanks a lot.
I am a bit dissappointed that there has been no replies to my support question as to whether this is avaliable to be played via google chrome.... Great program but not quite full platform.
This app runs my media signage devices on Shield Tablet devices. Both are very useful tools. I would like to see it auto launch at boot, as well. Please, create a setting to allow me to choose to allow this app to takeover my machine, when I launch it ,or when the android turns on. Thanks for a great app!

Things are working great.
after entering login password, hitting enter or login button or any non textbox area, the application exits with no error messages. tested from a matricom set atop android device.
It's appealing that they offer a free version of the platform for use. However the desktop app used to create your digital signage is terrible to use. It is unintuitive and the templates... Leave much to be desired. The setup side of the platform needs a lot of work.
