Edit: 2/24/22 Still won't work. Won't work on any of my Samsung tablets. Two Tab S6 lites, a Tab A 10.1, and two Tab A 8.0 tablets. And also won't work on a Tab A7 tablet. A Tab A7 and Tab S6 lite are 2020 tablets. Yet this Signal Financial app does not work on them. When will this be fixed? Edit:1/03/2021 This app still does not work on my 2020 tablets. Two Samsung Galaxy S6 lites and three Galaxy A7 tablets. When will this app be fixed to work with modern devices?
Depositing checks using the phone camera was a challenge. it's very picky about the darkness of th background, the light, and motion of your hand.
Minimum design. Does not show some of the significant accounts such as money market and CD's. Unable to open for the last several days so I need to open its website on my browser.

Works great for basic things like transfers between savings or checking. Wish you could transfer between multiple accounts. You have to use the desktop for that. For those that say you can't deposit checks you have to register with Signal Financial for remote deposit before it will appear on the app. Call member's service to get it set up and you'll be good to go! I believe you can deposit up to $5,000.
I've had this app for many years and I loved it. I used to be able to use mobile (online) deposit. That feature is no longer available. I've been a member since 1972. This is the first time I've been disappointed with them
After using for over a year, tells me I have 'no connection' yet all other apps work fine. Called and no real support. Account still works on sister's iPhone - go figure.
Not able to make mobile deposits. Even after the remote deposit feature was activated.
Unable to deposit a check. Unable to add a new account to pay to. Unable to make any type of changes or additions. You can only check balances, transfer between accounts, and setup payments for accounts already existing. That's it. Anyone saying there is more is pure voodoo.
It's a good app. But I don't have the ability to deposit or pay bills as advertised on the signal financial website. Please fix this and I change my rating to 5 stars.
I like to old app better and since I downloaded the new version I cant go back to the old version. A Navy Federal credit union you guys are not.
The only reason to install a banking app is to make deposits. This app is worthless.
I'd like to use the Remote Deposit Anywhere feature of this app. It's been almost a year since I reported problems with this feature to SFFCU. They were already aware, working on it and yet it's still inoperable.
Deposits doesn't work, says error configuring camera. Without that I don't find it useful
Can't make mobile deposits, which is the reason I added the app. You can do everything on line that you can do from the app. It's just convenient, I guess.
The new update prevents me from depositing remotely.
The only feature I need is not available.
The app is slow to open, slow to get the login screen up, then slow to accept the password and the mobile website doesn't even load. So far I have spend 5 minutes waiting for it to load and I still haven't been able to login. At least have the app or the website work so your customers can access their accounts without a computer.
