Signal Plus uses your phone's data connection (WiFi/3G/4G) to communicate securely using an advanced end to end encryption protocol that provides privacy for every message every time. Optionally it supports plain SMS/MMS to function as a unified messaging system, and can also encrypt the stored messages on your phone.

Wants to update, but there is mo update, uninstalling.

Fix it so the messages work. After that great job

You seem to be very motibated to create a beautifull (background, Emojis, etc) AND secure Messenger, but please don't try to create your own app by coping the code from Signal Messenger. Instead try to develop with Open Whisper Systems to make the original Signal Messenger better ;)
I was immediately given a mssg that this version of signal plus is out of date and my messages would no longer send.
this app has died! please use the original and maintained "Signal" app..
Signal gave me a message stating..... this version is out of date, message will not send...It also says tap here to update, but it doesn't update.

Says it can't sent messages and offers to update through the play store where the version is already the newest. The potential additional features seem great. But be aware that original Signal authors will probably ban this app from their servers, like all alternative signal apps, at some point anyway! For app diversity switch to XMPP + OMEMO as is or will be implemented in e.g. Conversations, Zom and ChatSecure, all interoperable.
