Could be a great app. But ads pop up before you can even look at anything. Very disappointing. No point in making an app that could be greatly useful but tease you and block you from seeing it. Might as well take Down the app or make some major fixes with the ads. Like as soon as possible

This app was very useful once, but since they added the full page adverts it has become useless. The ads obscure the info and cannot be dismissed. Thank you for screwing up the app.

Q code section briefly shows the list, then immediately launches the publisher's website. Annoying.

As soon as you try to click a category a full screen ad pops up that you can't get rid of. The few seconds that you can see the content shows that it's just a bunch of poorly written text.

As soon as I opened the app, the entire screen was covered with an add. No way am I clicking on something that shady looking.

This was very good back in 2011- 2013 very out date. I think they GAVE UP !!!! I GAVE IT 1* BECAUSE they don't have NEGATIVES also redirect so much PLEASE FIX EVEN IF NOT FOR FREE.

This used to be good but the ads have become intrusive. Pop-up before you can see anything and the only way out is the back button which shuts down the ad but takes you back to the main menu. Completely worthless now!

The ads take up the entire page and are unavoidable. If it was up to date this would be something I would be willing to pay to remove the ads but it is several years old and not maintained. Sad to have to uninstall for the last and final time.

Bottom line...one never knows when disaster strikes, or knowing how to react during an emergency. This is App is an essential that can save a life or many lives.

Started sending me to the imternet browser amd opened a ramdom page so I'd like to say don't download waste of time

Every time I click on a page to view the codes, a full screen ad that cannot be closed pops up.

Used to be great now ads cover the page and backing out doesn't help.

Works ok when offline, but when online pop-up takes over screen and really slows down phone.

Thought it was great until I see no matter what there is a ad that pops up and you can't get rid of it

Use to be dependable but now it sends you to a Bing internet page and not easy to get out of. Can't even access signal references long enough to read with out it sending you back to Bing.

This app could be very useful and great but the ad takes up the whole page.. you can't even view what you're trying to see. All you see is the ad! Fix asap to have a great app! Will Uninstall soon if no update for the fix. Will update review when fixed.

I give it three stars. But the ads take up the ENTIRE screen! I want the creator to take this into consideration: can you somehow disable the ads please.

On Pixel (non XL), the bottom half to two thirds of every screen is taken up by the disclaimer, leaving little room for the content, hindering readability. This didn't happen on Samsung Galaxy S 2.

One of my favorite and most useful apps, ads currently cover the whole page so it can't be used.

Needs Worked on. Major browser spamnu when trying to read the codes, badly styled menu. Needs lots of work before it gets anywhere near 5 stars.

This is very out of date. The only accurate thing is the boat signals. I am a police officer and we dont even use code 10 and 11 anymore.

pop up too much full screen ads, and there's no way to close it. Not useabl.

Ads have made it unusable. They now take up the whole screen and unable to see the lists. Uninstalling.

worked as an unarmed security guard years ago had to learn the 10 codes and in college as part of my criminal justice curriculum.

They've added ads that now take over the entire screen so you can't see the content.

Was very good and usable. Then the AD'S made it unusable, due to taking over page.

Couldn't view the actual content because ads would show up almost immediatly after opening the content. Please fix it
