Everything that could've gone wrong went wrong with this. Using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra on Verizon network and this extender did not work at all. Cannot connect to both Bluetooth or wifi in the app to get everything up and running. Tried multiple times and nothing worked. Was very excited to see this thing in action but it has been an extremely unpleasant letdown. Will be returning as it is rendered useless. Purchased a hiboost 4k plus.

App is constantly needing to be reinitialized to find my device requiring the sending of a new sms code. Code has 1 minute count down beginning at the request. Code is either not sent at all or sent after count has expired. App will not let me log in since it already has my telephone number and e mail on file. Very frustrating.

It worked on my s9+, does not ever work on my s21 ultra. Why the issues and after a year no fix? Come on!

BIG FAIL! The first day I was able to initially connect via Bluetooth then wifi. Everything worked perfectly. The next day it wouldn't connect at all. Kept saying "request timed out". After trying continuously I was able to get it to connect via Bluetooth but not wifi. I paid close to $600 for this thing. Not a good first impression.

The app needs a manual. It isn't intuitive, and is misleading when used with the hiboost travel 4g 2.0 cell booster. It works well with wifi, but in a car, Bluetooth is the only link available. Some features are disabled using BT, other features are slow or freeze. I've posted numerous questions on the hiboost page on facebook and the answers were useful. I hope they write instructions.

Finally, we successfully installed it! Signal reception gets better, we’re enjoying more constant connection now, no more dropped calls and save more time when downloading a big file. But indeed, it needs some time and patience to install. But the customer service is helpful and help me settle all out. We’re happy with the result, a little expensive though. But it worths.

Terrible! does not have the options the instruction manual tells me to select. Ridiculous waist of data forfeiture.

Mobile app needs the option to restart and delete devices as is available online. Online version needs rapid signal updates present in mobile app. When first opening app signal levels dive low then go to actual values (I assume this is a reporting issue, not actually impacting the booster.) No indication of ALC/ISO in either web/app and MGC (which appears to be impacted by ALC and ISO) isn't represented as it is on the physical booster. No explaination why output power isn't maxed (ALC/ISO/etc.)

Good for one time use, only! I used this app once when I first installed my Signal Booster hardware, entered all of my information in, setup password, etc. But if you download any app updates, it forgets everything that you entered in your setup initially. For me it's not worth the hassle.

Works as advertised and makes it easy to adjust the antenna for the best signal. Some features in Japanese which lead to....nowhere useful? But aside from that, it's good enough.

What an F'ing joke. Don't bother trying to pry a verification code out of this POS app! You stand a better chance of strolling into Fort Knox unnoticed! Then there is the email!! That's an even bigger joke!! Try getting the email to send to the address given. Unbelievable. Best of all??? You don't find out any of this until the 30 day money back guarantee expires!! We're talking day 31.

I'm one good away. Bluetooth says to get closer than 20 feet. No connection

Live in older mobile home in the country with lots of trees, had no signal at all inside. Installed highboost mini and now have 5 full bars. Easy set up. Would highly recommend.

Hopeless. About 1 out of 5 tries it connects to Bluetooth. But it never establishes a Wi-Fi connection. App is worthless.

Asks for too much information. It just needs to connect to the device but requests you create an account with phone number. Dump it and install manually. Just keep device far and not pointing to inside antenna and it should work.

Well done app. Base unit needs to be rebooted weekly

This was just updated, will not connect device to my phone via Bluetooth. They suspect a bug? Provide a fix please, I would like to use the app to dial in my antenna

Impossible to register. Tried to log in with Google account, tried to create new account, doesn't work. Keeps getting stuck on the first step saying phone number is registered. How am I supposed to use this app?!

A must have if you are 5 miles or more from a tower. I pointed at a tower 13 miles away and get full bars with great speed from two different providers.

Bought a HiBoost lte extender which told me to download this app. Didn't realize it wants you to create a user account and your phone number... no thanks. Should be free and easy to use without all the hassle of creating an account. Not getting my info!

I can't even create an account, the app never sends me a code via SMS to validate and register. I tried on several different days and make sure it has plenty of permissions in android but nope.

No sms ever came through. No way to use this app. Absolute junk. Probably going to send the system back and try something that actually works

Requires phone number. Went online, you can create an account with email but after you set it up you get a nice ESL message that says "Account is not exist".

Doesn't work on s21 ultra. After numerous messages, emails, and phone calls they never fixed the problem specific to the S21

Never got to use it. Kept telling me I had the wrong phone number! I have the antenna, brand new.

I also could not get the app to send the SMS. Very frustrating for a $500 product.

Nothing works in the app. It will not find my HiBoost equipment. I suspect I bought a broken unit.
