Quick easy and small app that does the job well. Would rate 5 star for an added feature.... would like to be able to float a branding image for my taxi company behind the text.
It would be more useful if app allows multiple lines for longer messages. (add a star) Would be 5 stars if font is auto-maximized for multiple line based on screen sizes and add a saved message database to avoid retyping frequently-used long messages.
Works as described. Please optimise + utilise the entire screen for text. Bonus if can opt for bold text

My only problem is the text doesn't wrap; It just shrinks.

Simple to use. Scales text to fit screen. Does not use any risky permissions. Tiny app. Needs improvement: Options for wrapping long lines. Set foreground and background color. Save snippets for future use.

You can just change the message and invert monochrome colors. Not worth your time. If there was a rating lower than 1 i would give it that. EDIT: After a brief conversation with the dev via email who wrote: "I don't care about your stars, as I have enough of them from other users. " Then I definitely do not recommend this because the other users are probably bots or dummy accounts used to raise this app's star rating.
Awesome in its simplicity. Although I do wish the tap features were reversed: short for inserting text and long for color change.

Very practical. This app is different from typical apps of its category in three ways: it always puts all text into single screen (no scrolling, text size is adjusted, you insert line breaks manually), colors of displayed text invert on tap (useful for visibility or for flashing the sign) and it supports unlimited predefined signs which you can prepare as separate home screen widgets. Additional BONUS use: widgets can serve internally to label pages of your home screen, e.g. "New apps" or "Experimental".
My mom's 90 years old, I needed a simple app to leave a message on the screen large enough so she'd be able to read it. The screen needs to be always on because of another service app. I needed large text, high contrast on dark background, static text. And this is is it! This app is spot on, extremely small file size, uses practically no resources. And it's free. Great job! Before you write a bad review, read the app info! This way we who need this app will not be unnecessarily discouraged by bad reviews.
