SignDoc Mobile makes it simple and convenient to sign electronic documents on the go.
The app enables you to:
- Open PDF documents for signing from within any other App on your device!
- Sign your own PDF documents on your mobile device using industry standard signing technologies.
- Download and/or Share signed documents via eMail or Cloud based drives.
- Capture signatures in a manner such that their integrity, and the integrity of signed documents can easily be verified by independent third parties (e.g. using the Adobe Reader)
- Sign documents using signatures that capture biometric characteristics uniquely identifying the signer.
- Sign documents using a photo taken with the built-in camera
SECURITY AND INTEGRITY
Documents signed using SignDoc Mobile do not just place an image of your signature in a document. Documents are signed adherent to the ISO/IEC 32000 digital signature standard. Documents signed in this manner can be easily verified for tampering using standard software such as the Adobe Reader®. The biometric data captured within a signature is adherent to the ISO/IEC 19794-7 standard.
TÜV Saarland, a member of the German Technical Inspection Association Group, has certified SignDoc Mobile for secure and simple operation.
Also, we have placed great importance on the visual quality of the signatures created by our app in order to make the electronic signing experience as close to signing on paper as possible. Try it and convince yourself of its signature quality.
BASIC OPERATION
Once you've loaded a document into the app, you can place signature fields anywhere you like for signing. Touch the signature field, sign with your finger or a stylus and the document will be securely signed.
If you prefer not to use your own documents, Sample Documents are provided for you to test the Software . You can also load documents into SignDoc Mobile from within any other App such as Mail, or iBooks (see the help for details).
SUBSCRIPTION
The app is free to download and can be used with its basic features. An enhanced Pro service is provided as a subscription model via in-app purchases.This service enables you to sign documents without any promotional markings, and grants access to additional features such as personalizing your signature with your own name or title.

Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected subscription option and you will be charged through your GooglePlay account after a 7 day subscription's free trial period. You can cancel your subscription through Google Play on web, the Google Play Store app or Google Wallet. Canceling a subscription will stop the recurring fee moving forward and you will have access to the content until your last payment expires.

This was the 3rd app I have tried so I could simply sign a document using my android phone. It was easy to use & send the signed document back to an attorney. I have yet to hear back on if the receiver was able to successfully view my signed document. I'll take back all the stars if my signature is unable to be received/opened/viewed. Cheers!
I have been using this APP for well over 12 months and have found it to be fantastic. When the renewal came up on the 22/10/1015 I had no hesitation whatsoever in renewing the subscription. What a mistake that was is this some sort of company working out of there back bedroom, do they even exist anymore and have they all sodded off on an extended holiday spending the profits. The application started playing up on or about the 10th November 2015 some 3 weeks after committing for a 12 month subscription, having sent them 14 emails and error reports from the software the sound of silence continues. This has all the signs of a company in flux, don’t purchase the APP there is no one the other end to talk to |Softpro was acquired by Kofax plc on the 1st September2014. They don’t want to know the problems they just tell you to send emails to Softpro who wont and don’t answer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Was working beautifully solved all of our problems for capturing signatures. Go to open program after a month or so and boom won't function anymore stuck on start screen. Not sure what's going on. Please fix developers.
I paid my money for pro version and went to open the documents I need to sign. With every document I get "an error occurred" and it doesn't open. Painful!
I would've given 5 stars but there is room for improvement!!! I couldn't even save where I left off, which delayed me processing the paperwork but by far the best one out I've tried thus far. It'll suffice easy to read the paperwork too. Photograph option.
I wasn't able to rotate the document or the signature to get it to work.
Signature boxes are EMPTY after adding signature and hitting the check mark. Where did the signature go? Big waste of time.

The app was very slow to work with and will leave some kind of watermark without an in-app purchase. While opening in normal pdf readers the signature and notes were not showing up
No actual use. Just fixed samples on in-app docs. Uninstall!
Don't say something is FREE when it isn't FREE. Looking to expand on some professionalism for my business by going paperless and I found this app that was reviewed as an amazing addition to a business repertoire. Installed fine, easy to use but when you sign it a huge SignDoc demo logo pops on the dang screen. Not a big deal that it was free ware.....I figured why not it's not a bad app I'll buy it. Good luck trying to buy this crap...scoured the web for 20 mins before finding a better Free option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
In a hurry to sign a contract because my printer is outta ink. look a free app...oh wait it's a demo did it say that...ok well I'll pay $1 5 10...even 20 or even a little more. I spent enough time and energy NOT finding a pay button. I'll have to spend 100 for gas and ink at walmart now. wasted 200 in time trying to pay you. How's that conversion rate?
I have a Note II and Tab 10.1. Has not successfully opened a single PDF. But is so alow that by in time to realize it doesnt work there is time to print, sign and scan multiple documents.
I grabbed this app to fill out a W-9. After two attempts to get this app to read it (it is VERY slow, and often seems like it locks up), it finally reads. Ok... Editing fields takes forever, and it seems if you can't edit your whole document in under a minute, you get a 'session timed out' message and have to completely start over. Finally I tried to just do the signature part with this app and fill the fields with something else. Guess what, it saves a PDF unreadable by anything else. Cute. 1-star.
Love this app works real well with my gn2. only issue I see is it is a smidgen slow to bring up pdfs thought it froze.... but it's a great product keep it up.
This is a great FREE app. I dont have a printer at home and occasionally get a document I need to sign that can not wait and this little beauty lets me do it on the fly. As far as improvements, yes it would be great if it worked on the split screen (Samsung multi screen functionality) so I can copy info from notes.
Can't browse to open any document.
Loading speed is slow at galaxy note, as always waiting for rendering page!
