TV Bluetooth does not stop. Have to turn off transmitter. Hearing aids amplify background noise and dampen voice on microphone. Supplier says it cannot be any better. You need to have hearing aids, mobile phone, blue tooth TV streamer, microphone streamer and after all these speach distorted. Signia app does not keep the last settings. Volume and directional settings. Every time is turned off defaults to preset.

This app is very problematic especially compared to the recently discontinued one. This app refuses to connect via Bluetooth even though it is properly paired. My audiologist wanted me to use it so that they could remotely access and make changes to my hearing aids. I cannot see how this could be possible with a totally flakey Bluetooth connection. Please rerelease the old app which worked faultlessly.

I was issued the Signia hearing aids yesterday and installed the App. It took a great deal of trial and error to get it connected but dropped out within the hour, and I was unable to connect again. I did try powering on and off re-installing etc., but this is the worst app on my phone. I then decided to have a look here in case I could pick up any tips, only to find almost half of users, like me, cannot either connect or have major problems. I am at a loss as to why it has not been fixed, as it greatly reduces the ability to fully utilise the aids, as, unlike my last pair, they lack the seperate button to control modes which I found easier to use.

Audio control is problematic. During the day the app randomly says the phone volume is too low. Audio streams are fine on the right ear peripheral but unreliable on the left. The volume of audio streams cannot be controlled with the volume buttons on the phone. The auto profile switching does seem to work. The Bluetooth connection in the phone is not the same as the connection in the app. They seem to work against each other often.

This app has been so frustrating as it locks on one screen and won't go forward or backwards to adjust volume or directional settings. The manual should be accessible under the menu tab. I should have to watch You Tube to troubleshoot the hearing aids and app. UPDATED. Still worthless Bluetooth. No one can get these to pair. I am returning them. I will buy another brand. Who can spend 30-45 minutes a day and multiple trips to rhw audiologist to get these to work.

Very very hard to pair with both HA, or only 1 is activated, overnight next day my HAs are not even paired and need to start all over again. Having to try multiple options and variations like uninstalling the app reinstalling etc with no luck. And it's the only app for this mfg. There is no universal app for HAs that will work on any brand. Very Very disappointed paying good money after insurance payment for perks that no one can use. What a $$$ racket.๐Ÿคจ

Limited. Changing program resets volume and balance. Can't store settings per program. Volume range in app doesn't match number of steps in hearing aid. Adjusting volume via hearing aid doesn't update volume in app Ditto with program. On starting app it remembers last app settings it doesn't get the current hearing aid settings. Very confusing really. Has potential but needs improvement.

this app is horrible. I have had to repair the hearing aids constantly to get them to work and then only one will. I think the app and the Bluetooth stink. With all the technology out there you think that you could find someone who can write code for your app better. Looking at returning and get a different brand.

I am very disappointed in the app. At best when I can connect my hearing aids to it, the left hearing aid cuts out constantly and the right hearing aids volume goes up out of control. Trying to stream my tv is a battle in itself. The app Constantly saying no streaming even though you know it's streaming. After 5-10 attempts to start streaming only one of the hearing aids connected or both for like a minute then cuts out. Get your act together.

Hearing aid should be easy and reliable to use. I don't know wether it's the hearing aid or the app but it's pure luck if it works or not. Also the volume and pitch sliders don't seem to work. Using Signia Contrast R+. Yes, I have re-installed it several times.

I am very disappointed with the app. Signia seems to be only interested in users using Apple devices. It worked with my Android phone for 24 hours then stopped working. The hearing aids are wonderful but I am not in a position to purchase a new phone just to use all the features. I will be returning these hearing aids for a brand that supports my Samsung Galaxy S21.

I literally chose the Signia barnd hearing aids because of the advertised Bluetooth capabilities. The experience is so poor, I will be asking my audiogist about returning them for another brand. I have tried three phones, including a brand new Pixel 6 and the app is just useless. Either only the left will connect, only the right will connect, both will connect but it will sound warbly like a failing record player or neither will connect. If you are buying for this feature, pick another brand.

I just wish my hearing aids wouldn't reset to Universal every time I charge them. Maybe they fixed it in the newer models. Otherwise, I have a Galaxy S21+ and haven't had any connectivity issues. (Though, I do not have blue tooth streaming. So I can't give experience from that)

The connection icon "?" stays on, lost my bluetooth icon notification to home screen. When the app says "connecting" it is but keeps trying anyway then phone gets hot drains battery. Media was also cutting out in right ear so I deleted and reinstalled app. All issues went away.

App is inferior to other apps I have had for other hearing aids. Had this app and hearing aids for 3 years. I would have thought that by now they would have made some changes to become state of the art. No changes to the app features in 3 years. Also not satisfied with the hearing aids.

Very slow or nonexistant responses to user requests for bluetooth linkups, continuous dropouts of bluetooth linkups once eventually established. No options to ask anything but mundane preselected questions from help assistant, which are predominently self serving, inane responses to make programmers feel good. Overall, rating OPTIMISTICALLY MARGINAL Clarifications provided upon request, if needed.

As others have stated, continuous, daily, Bluetooth disconnects throughout the day. I've used Samsung Note 10+ and S21. Disconnects equally between the two. When connected, I love the way they work. The worst part is, you don't know the Bluetooth has been disconnected until you get a phone call. When this happens, I either put the person on hold to repair the aids or take the call without using the heating aids. Very disappointed considering these cost $3,000. Please fix.

Doesn't seem to work half the time. Streaming sound is either left or right, never both. Bluetooth constantly disconnects and then reconnects. If the app to hearing aid isn't working properly then how do I know that the hearing aid is actually working? Documentation is extremely poor too. Seems to be getting worse and the actual hearing aids seem to be rubbish after 3 months. Will be returning them and asking for my โ‚ฌ5000 back

Hearing aids are fine, the app is HORRIBLE!! I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling, and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, which I really cannot do while I am at work, as I need it to be on. I get phone calls, and only one side connects. First it was the left side, now it's the right side. Everyday it is a different problem. You think for $7000.00 hearing aids, that the supporting app would be perfect. My trial period is over, so now I am stuck with them. Pick another brand.

I was afraid to download this app because each new Android version was worse than the last. Signia finally got it right! I am using Android 11 and my provider updated the software in my hearing aids, if that makes any difference why some reviewers seem to be having problems.

the one heating aid pairs but not the other then I notice one aid is louder and they they need to be paired a lot. I thought that I would be able to choice what direction I would be able to hear. in restruant I have to remove because they are still loud even when I turn them down.

Been using it on Android for about a month on a Pixel 5 and no major issues. One enhancement I would like to see is integration with Google WearOS so can change settings on my Smart Watch without having to pull out my phone.

New today, bluetooth is on won't connect to my phone even when paired! Very upsetting as well as time consuming without success to use. Ugh Update: 5/9/22: my old phone would need another connection. My new phone is working, will find out how to use with phone calls.

Aids will not stay connected very long with bluetooth. When they do it's great. But they turn off it's bad. Batteries run down fast..you need to replace every 3 days. I was so excited to get these..abit of a disappointment!! I've read the other feedbacks..I'm wondering if there needs to be a consumer law suite. Any product that is miss leading and sold to the consumer makes the company that sold the product liable. I know this because I've delt with this issue before. Checking into this..

When the hearing aids will connect to the app it is wonderful. The app is responsive. However, using both my own signia hearing aids and a woner while mine are getting rebuilt, getting this app to connect to the hearing aids is like getting a car started that has a weak battery and water in the gas. It's absolutely brutal. I have to re pair two to three times per week. Bluetooth connectivity of the hearing aids is pretty lousy anyway so I'm sure this contributes to the problem.

I had been fighting for over 20 years to get hearing aids as I have a profound hearing loss and finally got them. The world does not revolve around Iphones, others prefer Android. I can not connect my bluetooth to these hearing aids. I have turned off/on my phone, and my aids, I can't tell you how many times, still no connection, so now I'm dealing with loud noises at work which has started causing me headaches and my vertigo tries to kick in. I updated the app and nothing. Dissappointed. ๐Ÿ˜‘

The idea behind this app is great but it doesn't like to work with my android phone . I have a Samsung galaxy S9 and the app doesn't stay connected to my hearing aids and when it is it still has major issues. Especially when I try and take a phone call.

Just doesn't work very well in all aspects vey frustrating to say the least. this should be seamless and easy to use. I am new to using hear aids and this just adds to the learning curve when it could be so easy.
