Key Features:
* Natural signing experience, like a pen on paper: When signing on the screen, the signature is displayed accurately without any delay, as if you are signing with a pen on paper. The app fully supports Android-powered tablets equipped with an active stylus pen.
* Completing forms: You can fill out PDF forms.
* Offline support: You can work with your documents and form templates offline, enabling you to complete the data capture and signing process without any server connectivity.
* Document binding: When a signature, including all these biometric parameters, is captured locally on the device, it is safely embedded into and uniquely bound to the target PDF document through asynchronous public key encryption.
* Add attachments: Add scans of your driving license, passport, or any other file. If your tablet has a camera, you can attach a current photo.
* Typewriter: You can enter text anywhere on a PDF document.
* Browse through multipage documents: Browse and review multipage documents before you sign them.
* Spectator mode: You can lock documents with a password or pattern and give your device to another person in view-only mode.

* No vendor lock-in/True technology neutrality: Long-term legal evidence is key when it comes to e-signatures. We base our technologies on the most widely approved international open standards, such as the ISO PDF standard and true digital signatures, with no proprietary e-signature technology. All signatures and their cryptographic information are embedded in the signed PDF. You don't need to be a SIGNificant customer or visit our website to check on the validity of documents. This is fundamentally different from many other e-signature products on the market. With those products, you depend on the vendor, and your e-signature is valid only as long as the vendor is in business—or as long as you keep paying for their service.
* Customization/SDK: Enterprises can utilize the xyzmo infrastructure to launch their own e–signature applications or integrate SIGNificant’s functionality into their own apps (the apps are also available in the SDK).
Please note that an internet connection is required to load a document in SIGNificant because your documents are processed online on our servers. Once a document has been loaded into the app, you can work with it and form templates offline. SIGNificant works best using Wi-Fi or high-speed cellular data. It might be slow over EDGE.

Unintuitive and sluggish
Not Free. Why not be upfront about it before I waste my time downloading it???
This app is perfect for applications for jobs not only you can text you also can voice speak you can also copy and paste and I think that's awesome for real it's real easy to work with not confusion and also you don't have to pay for anything
Wow this one actually saved me, you can rotate exact document word or pdf can edit signature and its way better than adobe or signeasy stuff. This one is worth the paid version.Thanks
I have an active subscription that is paid up to date. Documents do not save and cannot retrieve.

A version of this app is offered through Galaxy Apps. Is totally free however the use of the s pen on a note 4 doesn't work or has been disabled. Notified developer who directs you to another version. This version is a subscription app. The orginal app is overwritten by the new one.
I have a monthly subscription yet this app still tries to infuse it's watermark every other signature. Very frustrating.
Hello all... The other signature appt his company makes is great. But this app is total crap. I tried using this app with my company and could never get it to work correctly. The old app works great and we had to revert back to the old app. We use this app due to myself traveling so much in the past. It was easy to sign documents. Also, I tried to get a refund and was unable. So, you are WARNED... DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! OTHERWISE YOUR LOSS! As it was mine!
This app was free for years and now all of a sudden they're charging? Crappy.
It used to be great, but the latest monetization attempts made the basic version pretty useless. I can understand if you want to push a subscription model, but significantly reducing existing functionality with an update is not good practice. Thankfully there are more alternatives now, even Adobe released an official signature app that is free, and very easy to use.
Charging a monthly fee for this means I will be uninstalling. I already paid for this app. I won't be paying any more.
Painfully slow to synch with their server. Often takes minutes, not seconds, to be able to sign, then again to send...

i idiotically pushed update application, now i have "only 2 documents left without watermake" before i have to pay.
In app store yearly subscription is 59.99 but in application it ask for 79.63 $ as annual subscription.please clearify

Better than DocuSign. It is really simple to use. We just signed all our closing docs for escrow w/full version. Had docusign but too much spam, bugs and kept crashing. This lil app did it all and never crashed once..only complaint is resizing the sign box.. needs to be pinch capable.
No longer able to sign after the update from 4.4.2 to 5.0 on the T-Mobile Note 3. Signatures won't even work on the demo documents. Getting s-pen response from all apps such as snote, action memo, Evernote, text messaging, sketchbook and others.
For some reason, it doesn't let me sign anymore. Using a Note 3. The document opens up fine, I get as far as the signature portion, and then when I go to sign it does nothing. I tried with the s pen and with my finger and nothing. Update screwed it up.
Every time I try to open a pdf file the program stops working.
This has been a great app but no longer recognizes the note 4 pen. Just canceled my subscription.
Love it! Works perfect! Most of the complaints I see is people not knowing how to use there phone.. Works with my Samsung note 4 and Samsung 12.2 note pro.
I recently used this app to sign a contractors estimate, from my phone! I am going to recommend this to my clients and inner circle team to use it to initial and sign contracts, addendums, estimates, etc. I gave this a 5 star because thus worked seemlessly forst try and took less than 30 secs to sign and preview the signed document! I tried other signing apps but never rated them for various reasons.
Useless on a Note 4.
