Signing Catch

I just downloaded the app and it will not take me to the home page. It only takes me to settings and recent closings. I received a notification for a closing and I am unable to accept it. Even worse, it can only be accepted through the app.😥😥😥 Also, I get emails on appointments but do not get notifications through the app

App has been really slow. I am unable to respond to assignments because it's so delayed and therefore I've been missing out. It's really disappointing. Used to work great a couple months ago. Update: I updated the app and it worked great but now I feel that it's delayed again. There's no request for an update at this point. Any suggestions?

App does not seem to work. The email states that I must use the app to accept the assignment. There is not indication of the assignment on the app. Horrible App.

I'm either really slow, or unlucky. Whenever I notice there's been a notification it's already taken. There doesn't seem to be a way to turn on a unique notification sound so I can hear when a new one arrives. It's aggravating to check a notification only to discover it's already been taken, and that's what always happens! The app is nice and pretty but it's not effective for me. It's so annoying, I'm going to delete it.

I signed up with signature closers about 6 weeks ago I have gotten 30+ appointment request none of those appointments were availible on the signing catch app and signature closers does not return emails or phone calls .I gave them all my personal information in hopes to do a few signings a month in return signature closers has given me nothing.Why accept my application in the first place ?

Signature Closers App really sucks. Since I downloaded it. I CAUGHT NO CLOSING at all. I will hear a signing come in but never see it all, almost everyday. I have check with other Notaries and they are saying the same thing. Unless some Notaries have learn how to snatched the signing digitally before anyone sees them, which is possible. Outside of that possibility, this app is useless.

Too slow. Job offers rarely appear in the app. I get the email but even holding my phone and going directly to the app the job is not there. There is a number at the corner of app showing how many jobs came in but they don't open in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help. Signature says its my phone. T-Mobile has no clue about how this app works. So no work. Apri last year was the busiest month. This year it is second to the lowest of 2020. I'm dying here. Very little work. HELP, HELP

The app is very delayed. Notification to the email is also delayed. I have not been able to get an order yet. I wish the notifications were sent via regular text message like Snapdocs and other signing services. It's getting very frustrating.

App keeps freezing up. Takes almost 20 seconds to load and when you click on a button the delay for the app to respond can take anywhere from 10 sec to almost 1 min. The latest update did not fix the freezing issue. I am using a galaxy note 20 (android)

Can't even get in. put in the user and pass and it keeps stating that something went wrong. You guys may need to check into that. ***Update*** Since the fix this signing agent app is probably one of the smoothest operating apps for notary signing agents. More user friendly than anticipated which is is quite the relief. Thanks!

I have received SEVERAL notifications since I signed-up but find myself clicking a split second TOO slow and order no longer available! I literally have to be staring at my phone and even then it's a miss to catch an order... Forget about waiting for the email notification - 10 seconds too late!

This is one of the best apps for tracking your loan signings. Other Title companies should copy this app for there use. As to the one-star reviews that say they aren't getting any assignments, that has nothing to do with this app. There are many reasons you may not get signings ranging from there not being much business in your area, to there being too many Signing Agents in your area, to you having a poor rating. But the app itself is great for tracking the signings you do get.

I don't always get notifications and often the email alerts arrive before the push notifications which means the job is already taken since email notificationsare slower than push notifications. Also, You will get an audible notification but the app doesn't open for you to try and select a signing.

App has stopped working almost entirely as of this week. Will not open, and if it does open, will not let me confirm or close assignments, use map etc. I tried uninstall and reinstall... I used to love this app, completed a couple hundred assignments with no issues. What happened?

When signing catch was first introduced to me in December I would get a reasonable, fair share of assignments. The thing is, I would always have a reasonable amount of time to at least review the signing offer, even if for only a half minute or so.Starting in March it seems that when I get an app chirp, i can immediately, literaly within a second, tap on the offer and its already gone.I thought it might be my phone settings but that's not it. I dont get it. Someone's brother must work there.

In the past week the email notification comes in before the app although the app gives the alert but you can't see it so you have to go to the email to take action. Very inconvenient.

I guess I will join the crew. I just started using this app. It is terrible already. I have missed 10 signing opportunities today because nothing shows in the app. I hear it and see nothing. Then I get an email and then the signing is already gone. This sucks!

I keep missing signings because the notification doesn't work for this app. I've uninstalled and free downloaded this app and checked to make sure that I approve all notifications and I still don't hear a chime through the notification

The app is constantly stalling. Does not open consistently. I miss out on assignments because it does not send me notifications in a timely manner.

The app hasn't been functioning well at all recently. It keeps crashing and the buttons aren't responsive.

Sends Notifications, but even if I am looking at my phone and I click on it within a millisecond it's always assigned/gone. Pretty unfair Notification System.

Don't have option to accept assignments on app when i receive a notification. Also slow and lags. My email works better. Please fix this.

Things were going so well and all of a sudden it's hanging, it's freezing, it's moving slow. It's now 3 months later and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I have only been able to catch a few signings.

App isn't working. Everything is delayed by like 30 seconds in both phones which used to work flawlessly. Still unusable after weeks

Horrible. Fix the damn app!! it's slow, freezes and is unresponsive. can't accept orders at all!

This app is "frozen" 7/8 of the time. I miss out on job assignments because the app freezes up and won't work.

This app would be better if the notification had sound. Half the time I don't know there is a closing because there is no sound.

The app has been updated and works well now. It's easy to accept assignments and update them through the signing process.

The app has an 10 min or more delay, by time it appears in your email its taken. I missing out on signing that I really want to do.

I receive appointment notifications but they are not there to accept in the app itself. These must be phantom appointments or some are being preassigned.
