I used student email to sign a document for college and now they're not letting me delete it or cancel my subscription so they can drain my account 20 dollars every month because they're money grabbing. They put a decoy delete button that's light gray and hard to even see at the bottom of a page you have to scroll to find then ask why you're leaving then tell you you need to delete off the website. Go to the website to manage subscription and it takes you BACK TO THE APP. Notifications everyday

Can't even use without an external login! I want clear control over when & where my documents are going. Don't want 3rd party transmission.

Have virtually no issue with interface. Still have to manually update the app when signatures are complete.

Crashed my phone on launch on top of having to sign in to use. CAN YOU MAYBE NOT collect data. Thanks

I worked with the web-version of SignNow and was satisfied with it. But once a client wanted to collect a signature instead of my initials. I painted it many times and it was awful. I installed a mobile app. From the second try, it was almost ideal. Sent this document also from a mobile device. Now I use this application much more often:)

very buggy. I've been getting the error: "couldn't read row 0, col 0 from CursorWindow. Make sure Cursor is initialized correctly before accessing data from it." I've tried making new accounts to see if that would make a difference, I've tried deleting the app completely and reinstalling it. I've tried talking with tech support about the issue and they never fixed the issue. Now they are only giving this program on a 5 document signing free trial and then you have to pay. too buggy to pay for.

I am trying to cancel the subscription after 7 day trial but its saying i am subscribed till next year april. I want to cancel now

Makes you create an account. ETA: the argument that it's for privacy/confidentiality...you must be joking, right? If you wanted to offer the best data security you'd let people save the data locally on their device, and you not keep their personal data and documents at all. The people that want/need cloud storage could still have the option to make an account with you and store in the cloud.

Very user friendly. Quick, Simple and painless.

Highly disappointed. Spent over an hour entering all my fields on 3 documents. TWO separate times all the fields deleted after being saved. I was making templates and the second time was very careful to save everything. Still, all the fields disappeared after switching to different documents. I messaged support and the only response was for me to do it again and record the problem. It was so stressful I wasn't willing to do it all again a 3rd time. So frustrating I cancelled immediately.

Android version templates are useless, lost all my data on a questionnaire after spending time with the client preparing the document. Hope the iOS version for my device is fixed soon Update-the new iOS version indicates that Drafts must be enabled to save an incomplete form. This is likely the reason my data was lost on Android, but I had no warning and after 9 years of use I did not expect it. It would be helpful to warn of this on all versions.

Terrible in every category. It is functionally confusing, no tutorial in app, nothing is working for downloading the files. Android does not benefit from this as I had to save to my drive to retrieve the file (only working export) Galaxy s20 plus and not a single email app will find anything I signed. Don't get this scam, cuz it thinks that a monthly $$$ for a photo editor is with it. Just use your own editor on your phone or a web browser editor. At least you can download and it will show up.

Worked flawlessly for me! Incredibly easy to use and quite inuitive. I simply touched in the pdf where I wanted to sign, a little menu came up allowing me to either insert typed text, today's date, my initials, or my signature! After inserting my signature it also allows me to drag my signature into place for a more fine grained control. All in all a fantastic app.

How do you cancel this app it says to go to Google play Google play has nothing in it to cancel please give me information on how to cancel my subscription subscription did not care for it's not careful it it may just not be for me I need help

I had a document for my non-profit that 4 members in 4 different states had to fill out with our info and signatures. We couldn't figure out the logistics until I stumbled upon this app. It took me 3 seconds to upload my blank document and learn how to add the info. I did it all on my phone, and it was sooooo easy!!

EDIT: Signnow replied saying that a "fix" was made a while ago. Currently have it installed on a note 8, tab S2 and tab S3. All 3 have the same issue. It was not fixed a while ago, and judging from other recent reviews I'm not the only one with this issue... Was working before. Have read multiple reviews where they responded to similar complaints saying a fix was coming. Still 10 days without a fix. Can't save edits, can't resize, documents opening on one device but not another. People are using this for their professional business and for them not to come out with a fix asap is extremely disappointing.

Charged my credit card for FREE trial. I'd give no stars if I could. Now I have to start the long process of trying to get a refund on this "free trial" funny you keep asking for a reply yet there is no where to reply other then eddditing this post. You are pretending to help and care but offering no solution. Do not get this AP it will cost you $125 for the "free trial" If you want to help get my refund.

Great stuff just wish it wasn't only 3 free docs. I would much rather have ads and keep it free.. And if you don't want ads then pay the monthly. Think about it creators? Like about how much money your missing out on from all the uses that are done with your app after the free trial or they just create a new email everytime and get around your monthly thing.. So.. Yeah! AD's and keep it free for the people!

Did a great job for what it is. I only needed to sign two documents, so having 3 free signatures worked out for me. I would love to keep the app so I can sign some in the future, but I can't justify a monthly plan for a mild convenience. Maybe an option to view an advertisement for another free signature or something similar, but not $5.

Awesome app. Works cleanly and is easy to figure out. Can draw text boxes to add notes, can sign signature, can also apply checkmarks to boxes, etc. Lets you fill in pdf forms and such without any hassle, & they can be saved to your device or sent via email. Only downside is you're only allowed to use app on 3 documents, then have to buy it I guess, I'm still on doc #2. Hope & pray it's a secure app that doesn't sell your info, as people likely use it for important docs that require signatures.

When I used this initially, it worked great. But the night before last i kept clicking on the link to send the docs to someone for signature but it wouldn't respond. I sent an email that night. They said someone would call in 24 hours. Hasn't happened. Tried calling and it would not allow you to speak to anyone nor leave a VM. I want my money back.

It was definitely over a 4 star, but just under a full 5. So I rounded up. There are a few things I'd like to see, such as the date formatting in US form. The US is very weirded out by the format of DDMMYYYY, rather than MMDDYYYY. The other thing is that I am not getting notifications about docs being signed, which can delay payments if I'm not watching it. Not sure what the issue is but sending a query to support now. Otherwise, amazing software. I appreciate its influence on my business.

Hi, I subscribed for the first time on October 2021 and I was debited for a year yesterday 1st of November. I didn't know the fee for an entire year would be collected at once after trial as I was only aware of the monthly rates. I have contacted Google Play customer support for a refund and they said I should reach out to the developers. It hasn't been up to a month since I subscribed. Please get me refunded, I need the money. Thanks.
