Siilo - Secure Messenger

This app has fully met requirements to date. Easy to navigate, with good support. Experienced some issues with bugs which have since been resolved, and some dissatisfaction around verification process, but overall, happy with app.

App was working fine until an update was made and now it won't even open and reboots my phone. Initially I was told it is an android 4 5 or 6 problem even though I had already explained I use android 10. I am now missing communications and no idea when it will be fixed. Nice app but support can be improved.

App does not meet the professional standards demanded in health care: 1) No "out of office"-option 2) No message forwarding possibility 3) Employees privacy is violated 4) No archiving/saving option of the medical data or conclusion that were communicated in Siilo 5) Siilo web demands use of the Siilo App and is therefor faulty and not an alternative for people without a business phone. 6) Not my entire team is using Siilo and will never be, thus Teams/email is better and preferred.

I don't like the fact that you have to use your phone number to make an account. email should suffice. my employer only provides an iPad to use for work purposes but requires that you use this app for communication but I don't get compensated for my cell phone bill. Consider using email or account setup please and thank you.

great for healthcare professionals, but some drawbacks: search function whenc searching a colleague name shows messages with that name first,not the contact.Muting more than 1 contact can not be done with multiselection, and is therefore very time intensive

no log out, when clear data can't log in.

Essentially this is a secure messaging service for doctors. Able to send photos, communicate securely with colleagues. V happy so far, has been pretty reliable.

No longer supports either of my Android phones. One is a series 9, the other a 10. It just restarts the phone on input of the password

I give them all my registrations and ID by the end they told me 🙄( thank you so much for providing us so much information about your medical registration. We have been able to verify your identity. However, we are not able to give you access to the Siilo Directory. This is due to the fact that there is no open registry as well as that are not enough medical professionals on Siilo in Sudan.

would like to update on the recent bug i encountered after update made on jan 2019; previously i can navigate specific name and enter into the case, currently only able yo navigate but cannot access the case,

Find it hard to complete as no code sent via sms

Verification process is an absolute nuisance, not very user friendly
