The app hasn't been opening on my phone last 2-3 days. Every time i get a notification and click on that it still doesn't open the app and keeps buffering for a while. I even tried uninstalling n re installing it and still isn't opening. Pls revert back and let me know if there is any issue with the app
It sends chat message by just clicking the members who are online. I don't think this is correct or happens with any other matrimony app. while sliding up and down there are more chances of this happening and gives incorrect indication to the person on the other side. It should be be fixed
#1. App is having lot of bugs e.g push notifications are coming twice , if any interest is received and it is accepted or rejected but the count badge on pending tab is always visible. #2. UI could be more better and smoother.
Rubbish app. It keeps sending invites on my behalf to people I am not at all interested in. Doesn't even have enough variety of matches according to my preferences. If they cannot get me anyone based on my preferences, then obviously not everyone is registered on it, as it advertises. It has done absolutely nithing to earn my trust, like it's batch says, instead done the reverse. Useless. Never depend on any matrimonial.
Very bad customers services.. I have done chat, email and multiple call to customer but still my concerns are not resolved.. No response to email, not is chatting and there are disconnecting the call after putting me on hold.. I need my refund
Wastage of money. I have bought platinum plan of theirs for 3 months. But it has been more than 20 days, there are very few profile visitors, even after sending interests there is mostly no reply from the profiles, 90% of the profiles don't have any pics, and more than 90% of the profiles are not active from many months. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
App is not working keeps on crashing
Worst service ever, plz dont install. After you install the app you will receive calls about 4-5 times a day asking you to take the paid service. I told them i have already used the paid service before and dont see the immediate need for the same however i still receive calls. I have blocked 100+ numbers but keep getting calls from new numbers. Unless you want to be harassed all day 5-10 times a day, dont use this service.
App is ok but it's slow and one important they deduct the money from my account automatically which is not good and when email them for refund they didn't respond anything. Customer service is very bad be aware guys they deduct money from your account and will never respond. 😑😑
Everything is fine but your application is very heavy and runs very slow and hang a lot. Also, somewhere I found that your account creating process and the way you have are some complicated.
The app is too slow. And the user has to be lucky to open the chat page. It would never open.
Worst app I took gold membership for 3 months but there is almost profiles not activated.App show matches which had been not active since 2-4 months.Most of profiles have not picture.There is mostly no reply from profiles.Totally waste of money
Can you send me the reset password email. I tried many time with forget passord option to reset my password, but in response there is no email from your side.
Very few matches. Mostly are inactive from more than 3 months . Total waste of money for gold membership
For the last 4 days I am trying to know the reason for suspension of my account but got no response . And you want 5 star !!! Horrible experience .

Please don't submit any document copies. These are being asked to cheat you of your hard earned money. Your documents are liable to be misused. They won't accept if you write "submitted for ... to sikhmatri.." or deface ID no. Don't fell prey to online fraud. You will not get match but certainly get cheated. All services are same get ANY other one. They won't ask for any documents for your verification. Just number or personal visit. Answer to the developer's comment: If you need the documents merely for verification purpose, you do not need the details like Employee number or PAN Number. A copy with camouflaged ID number, showing other details including organization's logo should suffice. And what is the objection to the standard procedure of writing " Submitted to SikhMatrimony for verification"? Your agents need a clear copy of documents which may be misused for online fraud. I submitted the payslip of my son with this process and it was rejected by saying that it is not clear. You should say, "It is not Clean to be re-used".
The application hangs a lot. Crashes after every two minutes.

Your app is not working and i had paid yesterday but it does show processing so please resolve asap otherwise i am going to court or your last option you return the my money . I am wait only today.
An app which has most important filters are yet missing for your partner search. They do not have filter available to search profiles with child or without child preference.... It's really gonna strange ...
