Can't upload picture. Seems to be common problem with no solution. Error tells nothing. Some error occurred. Please choose the photo again. Edit I have figure out how to solve this. If after you crop and it shows you preview and says pinch or pan to fit in window. Well there's no window, but if you zoom in it'll take it.
Its a good idea, but uploading a photo is completely broken feature. Ive tried their website, app, multiple browsers, android phone and windows pc to try and do this. Just apent 800 dollars they dont even know how to submit a picture into a database using a html form. Its been like this for at least three days now...
Works great. I'm seeing a lot of reviews complaining of people who can't upload their photo, which u had the same issue, but I just had to pinch and resale the photo to fit the grid to upload it. Didn't have any issues after I actually read the directions like a smart person.
Photo will not upload it work using the app. I can upload on the website though. Also my login doesn't work. App says credentials are unable to be verified. I have to use the kiosk code to open.
App doesn't function properly at all. I just drove down to a kiosk instead. No biggy. And it's definitely not optimized for a fold 3 phone
Con: i could not figger out how to update my information since it didnt show the update button as on the website on the computer or buy the silencer. i think i might get charged 4x as it does not confirm you bought it or take you back to the start page or ask if you want to buy another. then i had to drive back another 20 miles back home after wasting 1.5 hours trying to do this on the app. it was like going through TSA lines. pro: you save $16 dollars on the photo.
Tried multiple times to upload a photo. On and off wifi, restarting and reinstalling app, nothing works. Worse of all, it says "some error has occured."
Doesn't remember password or allow thumbprint authentication. It's easier to use the website with a password manager, especially if you generate a unique hacker-proof password for each website.
Visited a Kiosk in Lafayette approximately 1445 hrs this afternoon. last section was take take picture and download the SS app to add my picture. I have literally been consistently trying to install the app for 10 plus hours without success. Deleted old apps to clear space and still i' ve failed.
Tried to update my photo. Keep getting the "some error ocurred. Please choose the photo again" error message. No luck both taking a photo and uploading from my phone. Please fix this bug.
Photos from android phone won't load. I have tried multiple settings, backgrounds, and lighting.
Gives the "unknown" error. As another reviewer mentioned, if you zoom in on the preview after you crop it, it accepts it. The app is only meant to do one thing, and it doesn't do it well.
Can't log in. Tried to setup accounts twice and won't let me log in with the correct password. App is straight garbage.
Unable to upload a photo, an integral part of the apps functionality. Keeps giving a generic error no matter what I try.

It does what it needs to do, but it would be handy if I could load my stamps on my app that I've uploaded to SS directly.

Jist downloaded app and it wont let me put any information in. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling app and still didnt work. Take this app off the market.
Always enjoy the ability to add things to 'my cart', just wish it weren't so darn expensive...
Forgot my password...and cant change password without knowing the old one nor does it give any other option to recover it. Thumbs down
Can't sign in with the account, have to use only orig 6 digit code that was texted. Good luck with photo uploaded, literally tried 20+ times making sure criteria was met but error code is vague and non informing.
