gets the job done, but not well. if you put an item in the basket and made a mistake, there is no edit option; you just have to do it all over again (and remember to remove your old one from the cart). there is also no option to type a note about your order such as to request substitute or add/remove items such as an extra side of sauce, so you're limited to the picklists, which are also limiting to the actual menu and not all encompassing. better off calling in until these things are addressed.

Don't know if there is a large volume of orders right now or what, but there was an error code that popped up when I ordered and tried again, only to be taken back completely to the home page. Not sure if it isn't just putting me in the next que or what. Very annoying. Ended up calling my order in after trying to place it online after 45 min.

Food is always good. Service is always amazing when I go.

When selecting menu items, a bit of a learning curve. Some items pre-selected, unless you find the item you can not continue until excepted or changed. But where is this item? Finally found it, have to uncheck the item to proceed. There needs to be a better flow and ease of ordering.

A bit wonky on Samsung. Entering data is not a smooth experience. Cannot order in the app. Invalid authorization token. Erased personal data, had to reenter. This is bad Android programming.

As much as our family loves Silver Diner, this app is barely usable. It has many UX issues that affect both the ordering and checkout experience. Also, Google Pay is not supported, which requires entering a credit card manually. Please consult with a good UX designer to improve this app.

The worst app ever! Never order fróm them. They have screwed my order up so many times and today the app glitched again and I ended up paying twice. 60 plus dollars. Guess what? The store won't refund your money and you have to call them during the week to intiate your refund. Who knows how long it will take?

I don't live near a Silver Diner but my best friend lives in Frederick MD. When I go once or twice a year to see the chorale sing, a group of us go after the concert. I was able to pull up my information after not having used the app for almost a year. That was good because it had my ID number.

I have a card number and i have tried many times to register it with the app and it says no guest found. i tried creating a new account, and it says there's already an account with my email. I am thoroughly confused.

I was double charged and no one still has not gotten back with me about a refund on a order I was doubled charged for! If you order online and app failed they double charge you. The store can Not refund online orders. Very upset 😡

Awful app. I made the order, entered the right information, and said it couldn't process the order because the expiry date was wrong.

Easy to use, visually good, great descriptions. All-around great app.

I wish there was a place for notes. Like adding preferences on crispy bacon vs not. Or adding extra syrup.

Check in codes haven't been working on the first attempt lately. Other than that, good.
