Account access is excellent. Ability to move money between accounts, online bill payments (so you don't have to give other companies access to your accounts!), online check deposits (just enter info, take pictures of front and back of check -boom- done.). I still like to be able to go in and discuss issues with a REAL human, but for quick on-the-go, this app is great.
I don't like the new app. It doesn't have the bold date dividers the old one had. I have to look much harder to find what I need. The old one was much simpler. It's just not as good the old one!
So far this app is great. Pay bills, make transfers, check acct balances. Haven't had any issues.
I like being able to check my account, BAL, recent transactions , deposits and getting alerts of my choosing deposits ,withdrawals , low balance.
I only use the app for check deposits. I don't like it for anything else. I use desktop version. It's not great either.
This app makes banking for me so easy. I'm not very it smart and get confused very easily with these things. The simplicity of using this app has made me feel confident in transferring money back and forth in my accounts. Also always having my balances easily available is a big plus for me.
Buggy on a good day. Just took 15 attempts to deposit a check... kinda like the rest of my experience with SSSCU. They're lucky switching banks is a massive headache. EDIT: Months later.... another dozen attempts to deposit a check, always with the same error of "Endorsement not visible" in a picture with almost nothing BUT the endorsement being readable. Also, and this is important: The app is merely a reflection of the institution. Steer clear of SSSCU in general.
Banking is easy with this app. It's especially helpful when I am depositing my checks. I live in a small town where ATMs and banks for silverstate are not available, and the nearest is an hour and a half away. So grateful for this app!
Never a problem with this app. Deposit all our checks online with phone. Automatic transfers and Bill Pay work flawlessly. Can count on my fingers the number of times I went into the branch in the last ten years. Thanks SSSCU!
Always outstanding customer service. No matter if by the app, over the phone or in person. You can count always on getting what you need and more. Never have I felt a bank that has your back more than Silver State Schools Credit Union. Best decision I've made.

Banking at Silver State Schools Credit Union is the easiest thing to do. Their service is incredible online, but I do miss seeing the friendly staff!
In 2016 I gave SSSCU a 2 star. There were a ton of glitches in their mobile app. I have since changed it to 5 stars. I am impressed with all of the upgrades. I bank with other credit unions and their apps are not as user friendly.

Great app. I wish they didn't remove the option to log in using your fingerprint, but overall easy to use, and functional.
I have been a member for 41 years and I love my credit union, the tellers are always very helpful and friendly but in these harsh times when going to a teller can put you at risk of getting sick for them and us I am so thankful for the mobile app to do my banking and so thankful it is very user friendly. The app is about as good as the website. Overall, it's OK, but a lot of room for improvementeed. Food for thought, hire a UXD person.
I need to transfer money on pay your bill and makes it so convenient instead of having limited times to do it it's so convenient when I can pay my bill online at any time no matter how many times I need to do it
Check deposit app is really bad. Keep getting denied because of grainy photos. Brand new phone that takes professional quality photos yet my pictures turn out like a childs drawing.
VERY limited on what you can do on the app. Might as well be view-only. Can't even make a loan payment thru the app.

Always friendly. Online banking is easy to use. The lines also move very quickly.
Best bank app out there. My only complaint is one that affects the whole system, not just the app. When I used online bill pay previously, it immediately removed those funds. Now it doesn't show the transaction until it is complete. Like many others who bank online only, I don't balance my checkbook so those invisible transactions, which don't even appear under pending online bill pay, have screwed me up more than once. Even if they showed as pending it would improve the experience.
