The only thing that pissed me off, is every few hours the robot will randomly move and try to re-dock, sometimes this can take up to 5 minutes when this happens, and I usually just turn the bugger off at the switch. Apart from that, it's a fantastic hoover
The app is ok, however when the vacuum docks and goes into sleep mode it disconnects from wifi and goes offline, and won't reconnect with the app! Please could this be sorted as I understand previous versions didn't have this issue.
Since this new version, our cleaner disconnects from wifi when docked and sleeping mode. That wasn't the fall with the previous version. I hope it will be fixed soon.
Great Vac for the money but the app (and that is what is being reviewed here) is poor. When the vac docks at the home port Wifi connectivity is lost. I have a Eufy vac as well and it does not have this issue. Not a huge problem because I do not need to tinker with the schedule, but a shame because I am very impressed with this Silvercrest iLife Robovac. Please can this issue be fixed? Also, Alexa connectivity would be a great addition. I am in the market for vac 3, so will be watching...... ;)
took more than 6 hours in total to connect to wifi. not clear at all had to request tech assistance that sent tech jargon. bit disappointed with the functionalities. nevertheless robot works very well. very happy with it.
After six months robot wifi went caput. Sometimes on the app it would show connection time out until I tried to readd it in the app and AP robot-xx never shows. Tried both on Android and Ios. Very poor quality. Returning it under warranty to Lidl this week.
Cannot even create an account (why do I even need one to begin with?!) because the app doesn't receive a verification code that is apparently needed for account creation? Completely useless app. Uninstalling and I'll just use the remote.
Works well as far as I can tell; WIFI connection took three attempts but works fine now. No reconnection issues when 'waking up'
Unable to create account, never receiving the needed verification code. As it is, it's totally useless.
Not receiving account verification code so can't use it and on installation it removed must icons from my home screen, very annoying. Who programed this? Will feedback to lidl where I bought the machine.
I cannot for the life of me get this thing to connect to my vacuum. I've tried and tried and finally contacted Lidl to see if they could figure it out. Hopefully I'll get a resolution and update everyone here.
great vacuum terrible app same as everyone else its a pain to connect via wi-fi then loses all settings when docked good job theres a remote with the vac as this works fine again a great robot vac let down by a poor app
Worked great up until latest update but now says my account does not exist and can't reset password due to already having an account.
If it was possible to give zero stars I did. Impossible to use, the app never connects to the robot.
Robot hoover cannot connect to the app! App cannot connect to the WiFi! Load of rubbish

I cannot simply connect the robot to the WIFI network using this app. Even though I followed all the step by step instructions it does not add the device to the app and therefore it's useless as a feature and does not provide the added value of a smart device as it does not connect with Alexa either. Please fix this so we do not return the vacuums we bought. Thsnks!
