Free app doesnt have preview ability. UNINSTALL!!! Previewing your code should not only be free but manditory. It doesn't make sense code something you can't see... I'd rather go with Andriod Web Editor Lite. At least I can preview my code there! Epic Fail! :p
It looks this is a great app but does not work properly. I download it and try to open the app and when I choose FTP it closes. Please fix as it looks to be a great app.
Fulfills the basic requirements of the user, it would much better application if preview option or help option would be provided to end user. Overall it deserve stars.
Seemed good for a while, but then started to freeze and hiccup. Eventually, it became unusable. Uninstalled.
The description clearly states that preview is active in the free version. It is only available in the paid version. Liars get one star
this app is stunning and there's no better app than this until now. i attached mouse and keyboard and i'm developing websites with it. hope developers improve it
FC's every time I try to open a specific file. Don't like the new design of it: stickmen are creepy.
Clean interface; Good line numbering for long lines (counted as 1 line); doesn't appear to wrap in main view (wrapped in keyboard view); mildly challenging to scroll right.
Once support for multiple files is added (tabs allowing multiple file to be open at once) this will be perfect.
meh had issues opening (resolved) and found a much better one [touchqode] from the related app section
Neither mode opens all of large file on this phone yet. Tag insertion does look good. Phone status permission :-P. Webmaster Lite looks a bit better.
Wanted to edit via FTP but crashes the instant I touch FTP. Acer Iconia A200
Some problems with this. A key reason I paid o it was the preview option, which doesn't wok
Perfect for what I do. Allows me to create new XML files right on my phone for the skins I make for Smart Keyboard Pro. Rooted Droid X
Free version has basic features disabled. Worthless to even try.
Can't download in free version, pretty hard to try out. Got a separate FTP to get my page and works well. Should let you preview one page before buy.
FC when using copy/paste in editor using my Galaxy S on Froyo. Otherwise a great tool when you're stuck in a long line.
If you need to maintain sites on the go this is a good tool. Has worked well on my Evo Shift.
This is what i am looking for! It lets me to encode some tags for my webpage. I will call this a "Portable Text Editor" tnx for making this one.
Free version=LAME! I understand your reason but without Preview feature it's just a glorified TEXT EDITOR! You've defeated the whole point of ur app!
This app is perfect. Runs smoothly, doesn't force close, and easy to use. For a free version of the app, it's awesome!
What a bunch of bullshit... Really. When are people going to learn no one wants to pay for apps. That's what ads are for... Dumbass
It works for me. I use AndFTP for FTP.
I could just use a notepad.
Unusable without physical keyboard, needs UI improvements.
buggy, regular improvement and updates, no undo, almost great.
Almost there - editing code seemed to be alright, syntax highlighting is there. I tried using it for something and quickly discovered that the tab key brings me completely out of the text area. For a programming editor, this is a crippling problem. I'd give it 4 or 5 if it worked.
