The credit card screen needs work. The hint text for the date field isn't always obscured and shows up behind entered text. The CCV field doesn't always display (preventing one from placing an order). The credit card info when saved shows in plain text instead of a password type field. These issues are especially noticable if you save credit card info. I wonder how many people have been confused and given up on their order 🤔

App doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It says it can't connect to the server (I have a Pixel 2 xl). Now I have a bunch of points that I can't redeem because I can't use the app. I couldn't even contact Silverspot because I get an error message every time I try.

At one point in time it worked great but It hasn't worked in a couple of months. It just keeps saying having trouble connecting to the server. I love going to SilverSpot but the app is broken and should either be fixed or removed from App Store.

I had to come back and edit my rating because we had a really bad experience ordering the food through the app. It was the second time that I ordered and the first was fine but this time I got my ticket scanner TWICE! and never got the food the worst service! DON'T ORDER THROUGH THE APP!

Unusable. Used to be great, and Silverspot is my go-to theatre! But the app doesn't work. I can sign in but am not able to view purchased tickets for scanning at the theatre. Ridden with bugs and needs work to become usable again.

Only reason this gets two stars is because it seems ordering food from the Naples location has been broken or Not available for a long time. The app only let's you order a large popcorn and even then it wont let you send it anywhere. If this issue was fixed for this location I'd give it a 5 star rating.

Very easy to order everything. I love Silverspot even though I have to drive 50 minutes to get there. Well worth it.

I love being able to book tickets and pick my seats from the app. I wish I could order the drink specials through the app instead of having to wait at the bar.

App hasn't functioned at all for several months. When attempting to view showtimes, it pulls an error every time.

Just be mindful that it costs extra to use the app. I want to be front & center on Christmas Day to see Star Wars with my kids so I was willing to pay up. Also when you use the app you earn points for free stuff (popcorn, soda, etc.) so it is kinda nice.

getting an error that cannot connect to cinema so I can't get my tickets. this has been going on for weeks. doesnt work on my samsung 9 note. works fine on my wife and kids apple phones

Love the app! However, since I upgraded to the new Note 10+ the app shows it can't connect to the server even though I am on wifi.

Used to love this app, now and for the last maybe 6 months it hasn't worked. Logged me out and trying to log in says my info is invalid. Try to recover and getting error message.

Best movie theater ever... however, it would be nice to be able to have unused tickets be available for upto a year because you can't get a refund.

Overall ok experience. But i had a free ticket promotion set to expire July 6, 2019 now it just disappeared. It now shows the expiration date as Jun 6. Where did my free ticket go?

it doesn't remember my saved theater, doesn't show the menu and doesn't share my booking after suggesting to share my booking. hopefully the theater is better than the app

Best theater I've ever been to. Expensive but worth the money. You can order your food on the app and they bring it to your seat!!!

5 star everything. Tho I wish I could get a cup of water for free on the app. Doesnt feel right paying 7 dollars for a cup of water :(

I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the app no longer works for me. I reported it as well as spoke to someone who said they were aware of the issue but its still not working.

Use to love this app but since the last update I am unable to click on a specific movie and view the times and that was my favorite feature!

app did not work tp order ahead of time and said it was unavailable neither was there ordering there. pf course when ee got there it was.

scam. Sent me a free promotion code to sign up that was supposed to come with a free ticket and I never received anything.

Never worked right now it doesn't work at all. Always responds with "cannot connect with server. Retry?

BEST MOVIE APP EVER! EXTREMELY EASY TO NAVIGATE AND VERY CONVENIENT! NOT TOO MENTION THE THEATERS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE STAFF'S HOSPITALITY SPEAKS FIR ITSELF.... #SILVERSPOT4EVER!!!!!!

Awesome place love the private seats and service throughout movie. Food is little pricey steak was dry and tough, chicken rice bowl delicious and alot of teens should have an adult couples only night

Great theater a bit over priced but great to experience every once and a while.

Great App. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Makes going to the movies a pleasure.
