Installed, put in info and all i get is a blank screen with start over tab twice on the bottom of the page... unistalled and reinstalled and same thing happened.. waste of time for me trying to get this app to work!!
It's nice to have a central place to check on the status of my mortgage. However, the document upload feature only allows you to take photos of new docs. I should be able to upload PDFs.
Great way to be kept up to date although our loan specialist and his assistants do a great job too!
Email and phone calls worked better even though they were not very responsive by that method either.
Great group. Helped me every step of the way. Always available when I called and had answers for every question. HIGHLY recommend!
Not very good with payments and correcting problems.
Made tracking the progress of my application so simple. I had several questions answered by checking the app.. thank you Silverton 😊
I love that I can refer to the app for updates but I can never seem to get the UPLOAD portion to work?
Sometimes app will not load but force close and reopen and it works.
The notification message doesn't show the complete message.
Never shows the correct info. It always shows null
Good but sometimes the information is not up to date
It won't even load past the "create" screen. I've been waiting long enough to get my loan approval results. Now what do i do?

Helpful for tracking my mortgage application.
A much needed application that allows all parties in the transaction access to information on the fly anywhere anytime. Communication is the key to a comfortable transaction for all parties just one more great step Silverton Mortgage has made doing just that!
Not yet as useful as just emailing the loan officer. 1. App freezes on startup every second time. 2. Data in app is not updated in real time. 3. Documents I've uploaded via the loan officer's secure link are not shown nor listed here. 4. The progress bar showing what stage of the process the loan is in is nice and works well. 5. I'd like to be able to see more detail on all the various outstanding tasks, with who or what they are waiting on. Thanks!
