The app has been crashing for two months!! Does not work on Android 8.1. Reported logs and to the vendor to no avail. Very disappointing service for what was a great business
Worst app. They don't have real time data of an any restaurant. I have ordered for a twice and it's rejected. Horrible experience.

Useless you get something different that what order and they simply say sorry when you ask for contact no of manager customer service staff says they can't give and than they are in service industry !!!

app is not working after many consultations and advice from simba. app is still not working. Even when I followed the advice given to me. App is refusing to work. its an usseles app.
The app creates annoying popups multiple times a day that can't be disabled, even by blocking the app notifications in system settings.
It has option of giving special remarks and instructions (like more/spicy Or no onions etc) as well as reserving table are great
Good though your delivery guys need to learn locations
Your app is slow and keeps hanging in the middle of the order. Really frustrating. Also the interface is a bit complicated.

A truly remarkable and an intutive app with a user friendly interface backed by professional service. Food has reached me on time, each time I placed the order and was NEVER made to receive numerous phone calls for directions before the food arrives. This is a BIG PLUS. This has more to do with the customer support. A number of staff members were very rude and being the service industry i find that unacceptable. The interface design is not the best but isn't the worst either would deserving of 3 or 4 stars otherwise. Try to work on your customer support, its very lacking
