I love the reminder to put outbour garbage/recycling and any updates on missed pickups. The reporting of missed pickup could use improvement, but overall really great app.

Nice and simple app. Love the reminders and notifications about any delays. It would be nice to have a feature to report problems with garbage pickup (such as a missed pickup), so that it can be done anytime and not just during office hours by phone. Otherwise, a very useful app.

I like how it's simple and reminders are sent the day prior makes it very easy to keep on track with the changing pickups

Most of the app won't load, collection calendar isn't showing garbage collection only yard waste. It's also supposed to say when the new carts will be delivered... It does not. On top of all that, out of the 5 times I've loaded the app, it crashed 4 times. So in short, doesn't show the info its advertising, crashes regularly, and is very disorganized... Not impressed, do t waste your time

Step 1: enter your address to get started. Sounds simple but the app doesn't recognize my address. I tried a few different variations but still no joy. The app asks if I want to report the problem to help improve it. I click yes. An error page opens informing me that function isn't working. I give up.

Very simple and helpful with scheduling a nd keeping up to date on recycling let and disposal matters.

App is useless. It notifies you the day before that garbage, green and blue bin is being collected. On the morning of pickup it tells you the same so it all gets put out at 7am. Around noon which is after everthing is put out it tells you that no recycling is being picked up so you have to bring the recycling back in. You might as well not have the app and guess if it's all being piced up. If the program accurately notified you before 7am on the day of pickup it would be worth using.

App would not recognize my Coldwater address and when it finally allowed it, the app closed, everytime. This app was recommended in the local paper after an article was written about the lack of regular recycling pick up. They said Simcoe County suggested this app would help give notifications for those who didnt want to just leave their garbage out at the end of their driveways for days. I'm disappointed in both this app and the garbage service.

It's great to pick up my phone and see what's going on with collections. It prevents having waste sit on the curb for a week or hauling it back and forth especially in inclement weather.

I like it very much. I would like the calendar so I could put it on my fridge, so I could see it better instead of going to my phone all the time.

It's a great tool to help me remember my garbage which I always used to forget😅 I love the new bins for garbage I just wish I had one more for ♻️ recycling 🛢🧳

This app has very helpful to make me and my family be more conscious of what we were putting in our garbage bins - and it was VERY interesting to know that a lot of items (that we weren't aware of) could actually go into the Green bin. Thank you ... even my toddler asks me to "check which bin to put it in".

APP provides good information but, it stops itself when you click on the site locations link for garbage dropoff. So if you want detailed info about the site on Golflink Road, North Simcoe, it goes to display the link info briefly and then it stops itself. So you can't get the driving directions or the hours of operation.

Great reminder and provides useful information. The "wizard" is so helpful. A notification worth turning on if you're the type of person who finds themselves forgetting garbage day.

I love the reminders every week so I never forget to take the carts out.

It does exactly what it should, reminds you to put out those bins and which.

No more keeping track of the special collections!! Keeps you updated on delays & schedule changes in your area. A very useful app.

The reminders that tomorrow is garbage day is enough to give this app 5 stars. No idea how people remembered to put their garbage out before this app.

Love the programmable reminders. Easy to get dump hours and materials that you can bring there. The wizard search function is easy to use to figure out where to dispose of items to e.g. recycle vs garbage

A little more info would be nice about the rules and fees for specific items like furniture, electronics etc. That way we wouldn't have to go to 2 separate sites, it would be all here. 😃

Very Helpful to Have! Like being able to use the wizard when I am unsure about where something should go. Having updates about late pickup or schedule changes is great too!

This app does not work. It keeps crashing when I try to put my address in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it still does not work.

Totally awesome!. This is the best Landfill Recycling app ever. Love the friendly reminders the day before the collection day. Just in case I forget that it's Wednesday because every day is Groundhog Day right now. Kind of like every day is Wednesday. Keep up the good work Sumter County.

easy to use and get informed.

It needs to provide the time of pick up for individual address, and if that's too much, at least the area.. two of my blue bins have been destroyed because they sit at the curb for hours.. and this biweekly pick up is ridiculous.. How about cutting a portion of my taxes that go towards garbage collection in half as well..

This app used to work perfectly until I changed address. Now, it just keeps shutting off and doesn't even tell me my pickup dates except for yard waste. Quite useless now
