Very slow to update. When signing in from a different device it doesn't actually send me a verification code like it claims. I'm considering changing banks bc the app is so bad lol it shouldn't be a hassle to view my accounts.
I like how the app describes the transactions so that if a transaction is one that you did not make etc you can easily track everything on here. I enjoy using the app daily to check my balance. Also there is a chat on the app so that if you have any questions you can just chat instead of calling 🙂 pretty simple and easy to use
Issues with app. Called the number for assistance. DESERVES 000 STARS!!! On hold for EXTREMELY long period of time. I need my account unlocked!!! Currently on hold for the 10th time today. No one has time to hold more than 2 or 3 min during the day on a FRIDAY! THIS TIME ALREADY OVER 10 MINUTES WHILE I AM AT WORK!!!!
Usually Horrible! Our accounts fluctuate multiple time a day even with no usage. I can go to bed with a positive account balance and wake up with an overdraft fee. Customer service is typically rude and not in the best interest of helping you. You have to watch this app with a magnifying glass, and write down every purchase in a ledger. So what's that point of having a bank to manage your funds, when this one does terrible with basic math.
Extremely easy to use & is a fast & convenient way to keep up with a budget.
Worst bank I've ever used, I joined with landmark bank only to have it bought out by Simmons months later and they have completely ruined every option the bank had to offer. If zero stars were an option, that would be my honest rating of Simmons bank. Non stop problems for months now, i should have already left before now but I will be taking my business to a more professional bank.
Great app! Super fast opening and moving from screen to screen. Very intuitive menu options.
The old app was better. They no longer give a running tally with ongoing subtotal like they used to. I found that useful. Also the check deposit feature is VERY glitchy. And since they closed our branch and the nearest one is 40 miles over twisty, hilly roads, I don't go there if I don't have to.
Sweet ! Tired if always bothering ladies at bank to do print outs for me, so i can keep up. Glad it's just a touch away on phone... but technology still sucks.
I've been trying for days to get into my bank app and it absolutely sucks because they send you a link and every time you try it tells you it's failed on their end and it's timed out. You cannot change your password because it's not like other Banks. It doesn't work. You have to wait to talk to someone on the phone. You can't do it during all hours or on the weekend when you actually need it. What's the sense of sending you a link when they don't work
This app sucks. Doesn't keep your account transactions updated. Transactions will show pending for 2,3,6,7 days even after they have cleared the account. This app is also constantly giving an error when updating the transactions status.
I like the app I don't have to type my password in all time simple unlock mode and I have yet to be cut off from my app account due to connections or anything ...
I have only had limited experience with the app so far. But everything I've needed to do has worked fine. Even though the screens are different than what I'm used to, I have been able to do most everything without having to call customer support.
Really easy to navigate, and the one issue I had was taken care of in one day.
I love this app! It is really easy to use and has every feature that I need. Plus so much more. I could not ask for anything better! I definitely made the right choice.... (Update...Now it has been a year, and I have no doubts or regrets about this bank. If anything my confidence in them has grown stronger.)
I'm not a huge fan of the new interface. I do appreciate the added security, but the layout of information on the screen is not nearly as useful. Takes more steps to get to the details that I need. Customization options have not been helpful to improve the experience. Unfortunately there was no choice but to upgrade to this. [EDIT] After working with this app for over a month, I have to agree with many other reviews that it is worthless. Updates to current transactions are extremely SLOW and the app errors out on a regular basis. The old app always worked great and the display of information was much more intuitive as well as being real time... I would rate it negative 5 stars if that were an option.
I have a hard time with this app loading. I keep getting "something went wrong on our end" messages when I go to check my balance. The original app gave me the occasional problems loading but I've been getting this message off and on for 2 days on the newer one. It's really annoying when I'm trying to pay bills and buy things for my home and make sure I'm not going over.

This app sucks! Ever since simmons took over landmark it's been nothing but issues! One minute I logged in to check my balance everything was fine. The next time it said couldnt sync data and wont show anything at all as if I dont have an account! Been like that ever since. Drives me crazy because I always check my balance before buying something or paying bills!!!!
It's ok. I just hate that after 8pm if I forget to transfer money I can't till the next day. Overall cool app.

Transactions are never up to date. It's been hard managing my funds when the transactions take a couple days to even show as pending. Since Landmark switched I have not enjoyed the app it was a step down. I use the app as a primary source for budgeting and making payments and if it's not updated i don't have a accurate number for my budget. At this rate I will probably switch banks
The good thing is about this app is it works. To be honest, the previous layout before the update was great. On this new version, everything seem so jammed together; makes it difficult to operate. Wish the old version was still available to use. Simple is sometimes the best way to go. This new version will be uninstalled due to the difficulty to operate it. Thanks but no thanks.
This app doesn't load most of the time. The transactions don't update as quickly as the old app. The fingerprint doesn't work usually. The old app was quicker and reliable. This is trash. I get angry every time I try to check my account and it's not updated even after 2-3 days. It's set up to make you overdraft now because it doesn't update quickly. The old app updated my pending transactions immediately and was always accurate. I hope someone didn't get paid to develop this junk.
Easy to use and has good support if you need it.

After getting this installed (had to go to bank for help), this app is excellent and useful.

Just installed and the App seems to work for me but is buggy. I keep getting an error message that says "Oops, something went wrong - Try again later", but after deleting the message the App works fine. Also, it would be nice to have a separate App for just the Credit Card for those of us who only have their Credit Card and no bank account. NOTE: If you have a great credit score they have among the lowest credit card interest rate on the planet! Thank you Simmons!
